Lady at the front desk jasmine is a charm. Usually when I go into leasing offices, they are rude and don’t want to deal with people but at this place it was different. She greeted me with a smile when I walked in, answered all my questions professionally and without an attitude , and told me to have a great day while leaving. Top tier customer service! I ended up getting approved to move somewhere else but if you want to be treated well I’d definitely give them a shot

I'm leaving this review for the leasing office agent jasmine ONLY (this review has nothing to do with the apartments themselves ) jasmine was the BEST leasing agent I ever had to go thru in my life . she was so patience , friendly and helpful . you can tell her truly does care for you and want to help you get through the application process. she sat with us to do the whole application and helped us make sure we didnt mess up we love her ! give her a raise asap

I know I left a review before but It’s the little things that matter when it comes to interactions with people. Went in today to ask if they still had units available . They do! Jasmine was super nice and informative. On the way out I said “ thank u aye what y’all cook in here it smells good(I didn’t think about it’s an office and they don’t cook lol) Ms.jasmine said one of the ladies had gotten lunch and that was what I smelled but if I was hungry or wanted snacks they offer snacks for the guests and residents . Man they had goldfish ,fruit snacks, caprisuns , chips, water, Debbie cakes, fruit ,granola bars, yogurt, popsicles, and more stuff I probably forgot but this place is great they really care about their residents

Jasmine is the nicest person I have met. She really connected with me and understanding what I needed. Went above and beyond to help me I honestly haven’t came across someone so genuine. Keep her !!!

Lady that works in the office name Jasmine is great she makes me feel good about me staying here. I love her personality and she's very polite to everyone. I wish it's more starting to work here like her.

The leasing agent Jasmine was very patient and kind and she helped me renew my lease and answered all my questions she really went above par to make sure the customer me was satisfied

Let me just say I have been having no troubles with this apartments, not a lot of crimes where I’m at or nothing. They did have a delay with updating the appliances but the manager of the maintenance crew can’t remember his name is by far the BEST!!! He made sure my refrigerator was updated and fix anything I call for. It’s people like him that makes companies go far . We pay our rent and just want our apartment seen about when we ask and he definitely makes sure that happens. The best by far thank you so much 😊

I am giving this 5⭐because of the great maintenance man Mr. Leach I love who helpful he is I go take my moms trash out daily and check on her and I always see him going above and beyond planting beautiful flowers even while cleaning the trash up that people spill grabs my bag out my truck so I didn’t have to get out. That is 5 ⭐service. Thanks for being a great community

I just moved in last month and I am in love with my apartment. It's super quiet and cozy. at first I thought not having in unit laundry included would be an annoyance but with the on site laundry being so inexpensive and convenient I was surprisingly please. You will definitely get a bang for your buck here at. Not to mention the staff is phenomenal.

Just was visiting my friends at The Park at Leeds Apartments. As I was leaving today I needed some help with the trash. He immediately stopped and helped me. The new maintenance supervisor (James) is very helpful and respectful. Thanks a lot Mr. James!

It’s a Lovely property. The process was fast and easy. With it being affordable of course, I’m truly in love with the amount of space in the unit plus the neighborhood is really quiet..I would highly recommend moving to the property. The rate Definitely 5 stars awesome job guys

I definitely want to thank Clisha at Park at Leeds apartment for working with me through the process of getting me in my first apartment. Throughout the whole process her communication skills was remarkable. Any questions I had she took time to kindly answer them throughly and made sure I understood everything. My apartment was very spacious and clean upon my move in date which I really appreciated overall I definitely give the park at leeds 5stars.

Mr james and the whole staff is doing an excellent job. I just moved here and love it so far as meeting my needs with out giving me problems but getting what needs to be done, done keep up the good work team!!

When I first came to the Park at Leeds for a visit, the very first thing that caught my eye was there landscaping and how they kept their facility up to par. That’s something big for me because it says they care about their appearance. However their staff is just fantastic, with great customer service. I personally had to deal with Mr. Monix whom made sure that everything I asked for within the apartment I was trying to rent was as perfect as the displays showed on their website. Very reasonable and safe place for children to live in. If you are looking at Park at Leeds for your new home this is the place.

On Friday June 5th I went to The Parks at Leed Apartments to look for an apartment. I was blown away with the landscape of the property and the signs going into the property that talked about excellence. I walked in the office and I loved the decor and it smelt so good. The staff was pleasant and very friendly. I spoke with the manager Lorenzo and he was very professional and went out his way to find out my needs. I did ask Lorenzo about the signs coming into the property and he stated that the management company Blue Magma strive for excellence in everything they do. I thought that was awesome. They didn't have any one bedrooms available and Lorenzo almost convinced me into getting a two bedroom but it was a little out of my price range. He did refer me to their sister properties so I will be checking them out this week. I definitely would refer Park at Leeds and live there.

The staff was great when I came and viewed the property. I was greeted by a maintenance guy watering the flowers named Nafi. The manager Lorenzo was very informative about the property and the management company and their values. I was upset that they didn't have any one bedrooms units available. Lorenzo did refer me to some of their sister properties and I will make sure that I take a visit to those properties as well.

apartment..Mr.James the supervisor maintenance guy is so awesome.. when he says he going to fix whatever needs to be fix he is definitely on it..Thumb up to you Mr James thank you so much if it wasn't for Mr.James my apartment would still be in need of lot of work after I done put in several work orders from the time I moved in 02/2022 until now 08/2022..

My time at The Park at Leeds was a phenomenal experience. The office staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the professionalism and accuracy.
