I have lived in Arbor Gardens for the past 8 months. Joanna and Elizabeth assisted me with my application, which went smoothly. Elizabeth has been my go-to person since I moved in, and she is a pleasure to work with and very respectful. All my issues and maintenance requests have been addressed, and in a timely fashion. Management is working hard to improve the complex and they effectively communicate via email and text regarding changes and announcements in the community. I am happy here. Thank you, Elizabeth and Joanna!

Working with miss candy was the best costumer service I have ever experience .she made my application went so smoothly ,.she is so genuine, pleasant and very professional .I recommend anyone to this neighborhood and to seek her assistant ,.I am so grateful to her for assisting me ,thank you again miss Candy .

Wonderful customer service! Ignore all the other negative reviews, seriously. Johana and Elizabeth were both very professional and treated myself and my wife equally with respect and kindness (we're both American). All those negative reviews must be from disgruntled tenants and/or racist people who are clearly being discriminatory against Latinos and Africans, as those are the groups that came into the office while we were inquiring about renting an apartment. Highly recommend, and we're very, very happy with our renovated apartment! 😁

This apartment complex while it’s not extravagantly luxurious does make up for the service provided by the management and staff. My previous apartment complex did not provide the service that Arbor Gardens does. Any problem little or small is taken care of within a reasonable timeframe.

This has been an amazing place to live. The staff here will help you with your living needs, to the maintenance needs. And other resources. Very good staff, that will listen to your needs, as long as you are honest when communicating with them. The complex is well taken care of, very peaceful. Been here for almost a year, now my experience has been worth the time, and it's a place I like to call home. It's not just my apartment it's my home 🏡

I was a tenant at Arbor Gardens for two years and it was a great experience! The office staff and property manager were exceptional and always prompt and professional. I also loved my apartment…highly recommend!

This new management team is really on the ball. They are fixing up the property. Every encounter I've had with the staff (office and maintenance) has been pleasant. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the work is efficient. Whenever I call the office and I am greeted with a warm and friendly tone. I am glad I signed a new lease.

Thanks to Johanna and Elizabeth, my husband and I were able to move into our new apartment. They did everything they could to ensure we got a great unit. I loved how they communicated with us during the whole process, keeping us informed and they did so in a very cordial manner.

Arbor gardens has been a great first time apartment for my boyfriend and I . Elizabeth and Joanna has been very helpful and fixed any problems we may have . Elizabeth is very communicative and very understanding With any situation . I’m super happy with our apartment

Ms. Elizabeth and Johana are bomb. They assisted me every step of the way through my application process. I moved from NC back home to GA and they were swift and very informative in regard to steps I needed to take to achieve my goal to move back home. They even answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. If ever they missed a call they returned it promptly. Thank you both for all the help and for being kind and understanding of my situation. I love my apartment and I’m excited to be a part of the community.

One thing I love about Arbor Gardens Apartment is the staff at the leasing office are very friendly and understanding, especially Elizabeth,she's an Angel, the 2nd thing I love about this apartments is its closeness to shopping centers , eateries, bus route and schools,my kids are happy here...my favorite thing here is the clean apartments no roaches! Fumigation is done frequently

When I first did my application I was told that my initial date to move in wasn’t a problem. Well, it was... long story short my apartment was given away and the old property manager disappeared. When I told my situation to the new property manager she offered me a special for a bigger unit. She pays attention to detail and wanted to make sure the unit was perfect before I moved in. Thanks Ms. Carolyn.

I must say the customer service is an understatement..I truly love Ms. Williams. she is very polite and supportive and get the job done! Ms. Williams also welcome my mom with open arms and made us feel like we was home. I so love her....Thank you Ms. Williams apt 9-E

Wonderful staff, super patient with all of my questions. Community is clean and peaceful, definitely recommend. I'm currently on their wait list since they said that they'll have upcoming availability in June and July.
