The entire leasing process has been Great from start to finish. Ms. Gabrielle Noble is the best! KUDOS 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽... she's upfront, honest, thorough, and the communication is on point. I'm looking forward to being a resident . Also, let me add that the ENTIRE office staff is friendly and professional.

I want to share a positive aspect of my experience while leaving at Enclave. Gabrielle, who is the community manager, is always incredibly quick to respond and will go above and beyond to try and accommodate not only my needs but also each person who lives here whenever she could. Being in this world I experience the good, the bad and the everything in-between lol but Gabrielle, Jasmine, Sikethia and Paul are definitely one of the good ones as they are exceptional at what they do. Once you fall in love with the Enclave at Riverdale you can be assured Ms. Noble will be very helpful to ensure your life while here is a great experience.

Ive been living here for almost a year and I must say, Ms. Gabrielle is by far the best property manager I’ve ever come in contact with. From the very first day my sister and I came to tour the property, she let it be known that we were very welcomed and would have no issues here after going through hassles at other properties. Since then, she has helped tremendously with helping find assistance when it was needed and did everything in her power to make sure everything worked out. She always has the best energy and you can always count on her to have a smile on her face.

My family and I are very pleased with the service and hospitality that Mrs.Gabby has given, very Honest and helpful keep her at the Enclave at Riverdale! Much respect to her

Ms. Gabrielle is one of the most genuine and helpful people that I’ve ever come across. She personally went above and beyond to help me and kept me positive throughout the entire process. I am most definitely grateful to have someone like her managing this property and our community. She does everything she can to show that she cares for her tenants. She definitely deserves a raise and true recognition from ventron management.

I became a homeless veteran when I lost my home to a fire. Our story was on the news and EVERYTHING! This place came HIGHLY recommended from both the VA and Hope Atlanta and I was NOT disappointed!!!

The 2bedroom unit has a LOT of closet space and the kitchen even has built in wine racks!

Ms Gabby Nobles and her staff were nothing short of AMAZING! I really appreciate them having an actual unit available for me to walk through instead of a “model” that they must keep in pristine condition.

Being a person that depends on reviews when making decisions, I felt I had to leave one now. I am a recent single father of two boys. I was looking for somewhere to relocate my boys from an unhealthy situation. Unfortunately my credit isn’t the best and I just started a new job. Needless to say I didn’t have a lot of money. A co-worker of mine told me to try The Enclave. I gave them a call and my blessing were answered when Mrs.Sikethia answered.I explained the situation at the Extended Stay my boys and I were staying in. She told me don’t worry about just come see her. I was a little hesitate, but as I write this today inside my boys and I new apartment (4/22/23). Mrs. Sikethia thank you! You brought back my belief in people keeping their word. My boys and I are forever grateful to you and your Manager she was just as awesome!!!!!

so far the staff has has been amazing especially Gabrielle and Sikiethia and jasmine sorry if i mispelled your name but they where honest and kept there calm when I was overwhelmed and anxious I really love the property and look for to being aprt of the community they also keep it real with you and I love that definitely a welcoming experience

Very Respectful. Clean environment. Very helpful and truthful. Mrs. Gabrielle was very sweet to my husband I and did exactly what she said she would do. I look forward to calling Enclave at Riverdale Home, and building a relationship with the wonderful ppl in the office. If I could give 10 Stars I would. Mrs. Gabrielle and Mrs. Stewart made us feel very welcome and was very polite.

I waited a week after move in to write this so I could give a more thorough review. Pleasants in the office is an absolute pleasure to work with. The leasing office is very prompt with responding to you when you reach out, the application process was a bit rough for me and I waited until we had 5 days to move to start it but they managed to get me in a place the day after I had to be out of my other. There are some fairly stringent requirements at times (assuming it’s normal in this area we are new here so just be prepared to get documents/ money orders) But, they’re clear about expectations and when we moved in we had a few small problems they quickly handled. And, their attitude in person is extremely warm and friendly.

I would highly recommend you give them a call / chance to be your next community. The apartments inside are a little older but well maintained and fairly updated (ignore the white appliances in most photos I believe most have black appliances now). The pool is beautiful, the laundry center (washer dryer hookup but not included) is mobile app friendly so it’s easy to do Landry without having to find change. The community gym is well equipped.

Most importantly, we were a little concerned with the area (we moved from the Emory n Druid hills area) but it’s very quiet here and recessed off the main roads. There has been one small incident but I have left my car unlocked twice on accident and nothing missing/etc. so if you’re worried about crime / police every night , don’t! ^_^

I just wanted to take the time to commend and thank Mrs. S. Dillingham (my apologies, I don’t remember how to spell her name) for have such great customer skills and just a welcoming aura. Mrs. Dillingham was very engaging and made us feel like we were her only concern at the time. She was well prepared to answer all our questions and that something you don’t experience all the time. Because we felt at home during the tour, I Truly believe my partner and I will be making the Enclave our new home! Thank you again Mrs. Dillingham!

I moved into this complex back in September 2022. My move in process was soooo easy and stress less thank to the property manager Gabrielle. The unit is upgraded and my company loved the layout of my apartment. Even when it comes to maintenance issues, they handle their business within a timely manner. We even have valet trash now which is always a plus.

I had the extreme pleasure of meeting Sheilette. She was new to the property (having transferred from a sister property), and she was very responsive in helping me out with a time sensitive matter. After the matter was resolved (almost immediately) she even followed up later to check on me. Top notch customer service! She is very knowledgeable and truly does care about the concerns of the tenants on the property. In a service oriented type of industry, it is easy to become burned out, or complacent. In every interaction I have with her, she ALWAYS greets everyone with a smile, a kind word and a listening ear. Enclave is even better with her on the team! I love Enclave At Riverdale. I’ve been here for close to 2 years now and I have absolutely no complaints. It’s so quiet, secure and peaceful, not to mention my apartment is very nice and spacious. The leasing staff is amazing! They’re always on top of whatever I may need assistance with and they keep you informed on everything that’s going on in the community via text and email. Maintenance is awesome too, they treat every request with urgency and gets the job done! The leasing staff also hosts various activities for the children that I know they really enjoy. Needless to say, I’m so happy to call this place home!

While looking for a new place to call home, Gabrielle Noble was a wonderful help. She welcomed me in with a smile, a warm “hello”, also complimentary lemonade and cookies. She walked me through the process of getting my first apartment smoothly, answering any questions I may have for her. Gabrielle’s energy is amazing and would recommend all of my friends who are looking for new residency to her. Thank you Mrs. Noble, you were amazing.

Mrs. Alice is amazing awesome. She takes her time with the people to make sure you get a clear understanding. The building itself is super clean the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Mrs Alice and I both have daughters that graduate this year and we’re both super excited about there future!!! Thank you so much🥰
