Legacy at Riverdale

I lived here for 2 years. This was my very first apartment. I loved living here. Neighbors are cool, mostly everyone minds their business and does their own thing. It’s never loud and rowdy (I worked from home). It’s probably the safest apartments in Riverdale. There are Riverdale PD officers at the front gate. They do not play about that gate. If it stops working it will be fixed the next day so don’t lose that keycard. The maintenance crew could respond to work orders a little faster. The office provided residents with cases of waters during the winter weather last December and during the summer they give out free meals. I enjoyed my time here and would recommend these apartments. I’m not sure if Ms. Terra still works here but she helped me when I first applied.

My moving experience was made very hassle & Stressfree, I was shown 3 Units to pick from and I must say nun disappointed maybe a little dated but the unit that Ms. Feleshia had set aside for the final view was AMAZING New appliances along with cosmetic fixture made the unit 10x More appealing. The atmosphere in the leasing office is warm and loving off to a good start I must say!!

Just yesterday I had to personally call into the rent office. To acknowledge all staffs. From the Maintenance to the people inside the rent office also to the officers that secure the property. When coming home from a long days of work or wherever I’m coming from. I can’t wait to return to a place I can say is safe and at peace. If anything has happened bad over here. Do believe it wasn’t from the resident, we know better. But. I would recommend friends and family here. I never had a problem inside or outside. If I did it wasn’t a big of a problem or it will be on here as well. Keep up the good work for the sake of all the people here you serve . Acknowledgement should be given when it’s do. My initial experience making contact with Legacy was through my leasing agent Mrs. Alesia Banks. Most people would understand the meaning of "I Got your back". I have been several places prior to visiting Legacy but did not always feel respected or the feeling of being welcome but from the first moment when I came in the office , I felt welcomed to Legacy of Riverdale and felt that someone was willing to help especially when I talked to Mrs. Banks and met the other friendly staff members in the office. Mrs. banks from the very beginning showed her superior knowledge of the business, dedication and thoroughness in her explanation about the rental process. The initial steps in the leasing process was a great experience and I look forward to an even greater experience while being a resident. Often the beginning of an experience is about the cost and rules but may not make the potential client feel welcome and at ease. I am sure that there are horror stories in this type of business. Even though she did not know me when I first arrived, I never felt I was in the wrong place. Thank you Mrs. Banks .

I just wanted to say how awesome Stacie,Julie and Josie are. They made my move in seamless. Even accommodated my family needing an early move in date than when the property was scheduled to be ready. Everyone, including maintenance have gone above and beyond expectations. We are very comfortable here. And have no plans. You guys are awesome. Words can't express the emotions that I feel. I definitely without hesitation would recommend living here

I just want to say that Desiree is ABSOLUTELY the best at what she does. She is very caring, patient, thoughtful, and kind. She goes over and beyond to get the job done. I am so glad that I chose to come to these apartments. I had already been approved elsewhere and had paid the reservation fee and everything. Desiree called me and assured me that she could help me get the apartment that I wanted. Within a day or two, I was approved. I moved in the same week that I applied. When I came to do my walk through, I noticed that Desiree had already placed hand soap, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, etc. Inside my apartment. I moved into the 3 bedroom townhome and I love it. It was clean, it smelled good, and there are NO bugs. Thank you Desiree, you are the best ❤

I haven’t moved in yet but I believe this will be a great place to live. This is mostly due to how professional, friendly and helpful Ms.Tara is. She always has a smile on her face and I her voice. She worked hard to get me approved for a n apartment that will be renovated before I move in. I also had a chance to talk to one of the grounds staff and he assured me I would be safe living there. From 24/7 police presence to the stadium lights he said, “light up the place like it’s daytime at night.” I am sure there will some things I may not like but the important things on my list have so far been checked off.

Dominic Lindsey as my leasing agency was great with communication. He followed up with me every chance I reached out & really was helpful with my move in process. Things can get really busy sometimes but Dominic really show patience & has the passion to get the job done. I felt comfortable moving forward with things here.

I was looking everywhere for an apartment but once I spoke with Mrs. Nikki, I looked no further. The process was quick & she was very informative about everything I needed upfront. I have new appliances in the kitchen. The floors are very clean (carpet and vinyl planks). The lighting inside is wonderful. I can just see my pictures now. The best thing was the small details that were considered. Mrs. Nikki arranged a box of gifts for me as a welcoming. I walked in and felt right at home. It’s my first week but I suspect I’ll enjoy my stay.

My experience with legacy at Riverdale has been the best experience ever these past 6 months I moved in March and everything was great until school started WILL the assistant manager helped me and worked with me with every that he could have I applied for the rental assistance program and he made sure that they had ever documentation that was needed from me to be forward to them was in . Will Biggs (assistant manager)was very consistent on keeping me updated with the progress of the rental assistance he gave me referral to finding another job . Will Biggs did everything in his power to not let me and three little children be out of our home for the holidays . I kept praying to god that It will come through and he did just that and WILL Biggs kept his word . Will the Assistant manager is awesome and he gets things done on the property. Will keeps his word

Alesia is Amazing. She helped me and my wife get an amazing 2 bedroom apartment for us and our boys. Highly recommend talking or dealing with her. 👍🏾

I really really enjoyed the staff and how easy they made moving. Miss Stacie was our agent and she was soooooo helpful. I am a person that definitely reads the reviews, and I must say, they are wrong. The community is growing and changes are being made. It's quiet and very much so protected. I love how available miss Stacie made herself as well. This was a very stressful part of my family lives and it was definitely made better. I'll take this as a blessing in disguise.

The lease agent that worked with me, Dominic, provided me with excellent customer service. His demeanor was always professional and pleasant, and he was extremely helpful throughout my process of being approved for a new rental unit at Legacy. I would highly recommend these apartments and especially if you have the pleasure of working with Dominic you will be in good hands.

I would like to give a big shout out to Ernestine. Ever since the plumbing issue in our building she has been nothing but heaven sent. She followed up with every issue I've had in my apartment. I absolutely love her and I just want to say thank you for being there.

The spacing in my apartment was a nice size for me. Not too many people were standing around and that was pleasant. The property was also quiet and peaceful. The application process was smooth and quick. Dominic made the process smooth and easy for me.

Dominic and the leasing staff was very hospitable & welcoming. I love my new apartment. Love the fact everything is in the area I would need. Close to all major highways. Looking forward to a positive experience in my new apartment.

I just renewed my lease for another year. I love living here. .It's quite.. Clean.. Well lit.. Secure. I feel safe here and so does my son. The management is great. .They always have something for the residents to enjoy pool parties free lunch for the kids and even holiday fun. I really love this community.

Alesia has been amazing in assisting me with my rental experience. Very informative and reliable. Always pleasant to speak with and very patient with my questions.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the office staff from the Manager Julie, Assistant Will (always looking good), Resident Coordinator Ernestine and all the ladies in the office Alesia, Feleshia and Synphani.
