Nicest employees ever. And the young guy Jordan has become one of my favorites. He's super nice and polite.

You gotta try Bojangles. Their biscuits are amazing, try the "sweet" ones - the taste of wild blueberries burst through. Their breakfasts are excellent, the chicken is awesome and even the coffee wasn't bad...and I roast my own! Lol.

Everyone there, even the customers were super friendly and cordial. So appreciative of that!!!

Great chicken biscuit. I only been here once before and it was unfavorable, but that chicken biscuit was hearty and favorable.

I don't eat here often and didn't know q drink didn't come with the meal. When I asked for my cup, the manager informed me it was separate. He must have seen me getting upset about not having a drink with my food and he gave me a small drink for free! Excellent customer service!

Customers service very poor chicken was under cooked and my rice was hard. Please made some changes to make your customers dining experience more enjoyable. COMMENT IS REFERRING TO THE Bojangles on HWY 85 NOT THE ONE ON JONESBORO RD THAT ONE IS 5 STAR THE PICTURE WAS FROM THAT ONE!

The wait was really really long and the gentleman in the drive-through told me they was low on staff but they need to hire more people because I think we was in line for almost 30 minutes but the chicken was hot and good and my order was accurate

The service I received was truly AMAZING! Kiya was very patience, professional and courteous. She exemplified a beautiful spirit and a BIG SMILE. I was truly impressed with her professionalism that I complimented her and told her manager that she was a true asset to have working with the public. The food was made to order, it was fresh and delicious! I don't eat fast food often, but when I am in the mood, I will return to this location. I recommend this location.

I thought I didn't like Bojangles chicken wings I used to only get the strips because of the poor taste. So when this location opened I went inside all set to order chicken strips and I saw the wings they looked so fresh and Delish.... boy did I make the right choice. So all along I was just visiting bad locations. This is the best I've had so far, chicken is always fresh and the friendly staff makes the experience even better. I have been 4 times in the last 3 days; YOU DO THE MATH 😏.

Grabbing a quick bite for lunch. Couple of people ahead of me but took just a couple of minutes to reach the cashier. Took my order her was fast, friendly and my order was correct. Received my food in minutes. Food was hot and fresh, excellent sweet tea and plenty of condiments available for you to may your meal just like you want. Even had fresh lemons for the tea. Really enjoyed my meal.

I had a large order for my team. The manager allowed me to place the order over the phone to save time even though they can't accept payment via phone. In these times that risk means a lot. When I arrived they were packing up all-fresh food for me and got me on my way quickly. The dining room was clean, front line was clean as well as the grounds. I really appreciate your staff this morning.
