I Love the Benz Store. They offer many OEM parts and services at a very reasonable price.

My experience at Benz Store was great! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ken made sure to call me with updates along the way and the tech there is beyond amazing. They did a valve adjustment on my '77 Mercedes 300D non-turbo and it's been riding better than a turbo since the adjustment. The tech went above and beyond to repair a hood latch for me and was super kind along the way. I will for sure visit the shop again for some minor jobs I'd like to get done in the near future and I highly recommend.

I have been dealing with The Benz Store for 22 years. I started out just buying body shop parts then over the years it went to service. Ken came highly recommended by someone who was dealing with him in the early days. Great choice.

Most helpful, had the part that I needed at a very fair price . Amazing customer service! Not only downloaded and printed for me information I needed to change the part out with, but also loaned me a flashlight as it was getting dark. I had to call the next day with an additional challenge. Ken patiently talked me through it over the phone There isn't any reason why anyone should not patronize this locally owned established, and knowledgeable business. I know I will not even consider going anywhere else.

Best option for Mercedes autos that are vintage and/or out of manufacturer’s warranty. They are amazing and knowledgeable!!! 5 stars all day long.

THE BEST to take care of all years of Mercedes Benz is the BENZ STORE fixed my 1990 Mercedes Benz years ago 15 years ago. today year 2021 Thank goodness for Benz store was the only one to fix my stolen car's door lock! i went to many mercedes benz dealerships could not fix an old 2006 Benz door lock was damaged by a 15 years old stole my car! thank you Benz store my door lock works manually and via fob! great job for your finding old parts! i will now stay with Benz store to take care of my benz!

These guys know their benz. They are experts at what they do. If you're able to get them to take your car , then you're in good hand. They only work on early model mercedes

I moved to Georgia from Kansas two years ago and had been dreading the day I would need to find a new Mercedes repair shop. I knew there would be nothing like my good old family owned mechanic shop I used to go to. To my surprise, I found one that I would say is even better! Couldn't have been happier with the service, pricing, time and friendliness of Ken and Clay. They didn't push any un-needed repairs and worked to find me used parts to save me some extra cash. My first trip there they identified a break like housing problem, exhaust problem, multiple sensor problems and cleared the cluster of lights I had shining on my instrument panel. While I opted out of the exhaust repair (rusted and some brittle metal makes noise when the pipe vibrates) they got me out the door for $250 after tax. Car runs better than I ever remember and it cost as much as Mercedes wanted just to look at it and tell me what's wrong. I usually never leave reviews (unless somebody really makes me upset) so hopefully this is a testament of how much I appreciate The Benz Store. As long as I'm in the Atlanta area, I will be a customer.
