Fidel did a great job with customer services. He explained why my screen protector was giving me problems. And I appreciate his courteous approach to my problem.

María she was very helpfully, I’m very thankfully to Maria she really help with all my questions and she answered all of them I really love the service at this store also at the end of my transaction Araceli also helped me with how to do the review on the website really simple thing but they was really helpful thank you lady’s!.

30 min wait turned into a non 30 min wait.

When they care, they really care about you. Huge props and appreciation to Anthony, George , and the rest of the guys and the young ladies for listening to me and helping me with my situations.

I want to say thank you very much to Anthony! We entered the store around 7 o'clock. Because it was a little troublesome to change the operator, he asked me to go at 10 o'clock the next day. I told him that we were going on a long trip tomorrow. He worked overtime for us for an hour and didn't get off work until 9 o'clock. I want to give him five stars and give this store the same five stars!

I came in a couple of days ago and the person helps me and broke my case two days ago and i came in today and she helped me today and resolved the issue somebody else caused so the assistant manager Morena Torrez and Kristina

Chrissy (sorry if spelling is wrong) is excellent!✨ I had a semi-complicated issue with my phone upgrade/trade-in when I came in today, and I was already frustrated after a less than stellar experience at another TMobile in Atlanta earlier in the weekend. However, she knew exactly how to help and was so kind + understanding the entire time. I would definitely drive the extra miles out to Duluth if I have to go to a physical store again. 5/5!

Came to the store and I see the bad reviews this location has , however johanna was very informative and helpful . I was able to lower my bill and walk out faster than anticipated . I will be recommending her to friends and family .

Paola was the best she helped us get a great deal for my daughters replacement upgrade we went it for a phone and came out with an Apple Watch as well. Paola was very professional explained everything to us and answered all of our question will def spread the word about her excellent service thank you once again

Visited this store to transfer my line from Verizon. I was somewhat skeptical of the transfer/reimbursement process but Jorge R. ensured that he explained and made clear of any questions and concerns I had as well as complete the transfer at the spot!

Definitely a positive experience at the store contrary to what’s been said of the store. I’ll definitely return to this store as my device upgrade is coming up in a few months.

While I still didn't get the necessary outcome I would've liked (tmobile yall tripping and be knocking folks over the head with the prices) it was still a pleasure getting help from Andy and it didnt take forever to get help from him..10 out 10 highly recommend.

I went into the store around 1030am and was assisted by Jason. I just needed to pay my bill a was quick to help me. There were a few other customers in the store and my transaction was complete within 3 minutes. Very helpful and professional staff. 👍

OMG Anthony hands down 🏆he helped us resolve our phone issue, he resolve the issue better than customer service tech support. If you need want great customer service ask for Anthony!!! If even came in on his days off. Thank You so Much 😊

Shout out to Azar with her stellar customer service when me and my boyfriend came to get new phones and a plan when we came in this morning. She took her time to explain in detail about the deals they currently offer and to help us save some money and to also ask another location for a phone I wanted. I highly recommend this location because of her excellent customer service skills! 😁
