I needed an emergency dental appointment on the same day and found this office. From the phone call to the treatment plan, the service was excellent. Michelle worked with my insurance company to make sure that I was covered as an out of network patient. Veronica was very welcoming and set the tone for me to have a wonderful experience despite my pain. She took x-rays and pictures. Dr. Reddy showed me tooth by tooth all of the things that were wrong and needed to be repaired. A picture is worth a 1000 words. I’m excited to get the work done. I’m so happy that I found this office.

I had a great experience with Dr. Reddy and her team. I came in with lots of questions and concerns about my teeth and I left with a clear understanding and satisfaction after my visit. She understood my dental anxiety and took the time to talk me through my procedure.

Dr.Reddy was professional and very thorough.I am very, very pleased with my results. Although I was nervous, I never doubted her experience /competency . I’m thankful she was understanding and was very polite with walking me through every step to ensure I was comfortable! On my follow up appointment she made some touch ups that made me love my smile even more . The front staff at the Atlanta and Covington offices were suuupper kind as well! Dr. Reddy is an amazing dentist! I’ve been seeing her since I was a child. She is kind, compassionate, and accommodating!

Dr. Reddy was my family’s Dentist for years. I am the oldest of 4 and my parents always made sure to take us twice a year to our appointments with Dr. Reddy. At the time her dentist office was in Covington Ga. When I was 13 Dr Reddy informed my parents I had two cavities and that they should be filled in immediately. So my parents paid for the procedure with help from their dental insurance. I am now 28 and I have my own insurance and Dentist. I’ve had to get 2 crown treatments in the last month where Dr. Reddy once placed fill-ins for the “two cavities.” That’s unacceptable! My mother switched dentists after she realized Dr Reddy would say that my siblings and I had all of these cavities. So my mother reached out too two other dentists to see if they would see what Dr Reddy diagnosed and we were confirmed by BOTH dentist outside of Dr Reddy that there were no cavities. Dr Reddy should be ashamed of herself for being so unprofessional. Now she has cost me over $2000 of cosmetic work in the last month to repair damages she has made. My family and I would not recommend her service to anyone.
