Great service, staff, and value! We live in Illinois and stopped in without an appointment to get the 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation on our new Rogue SL. The work took less than hour and the cost was on target with what we expected. Steven handled everything for us and the prompt, professional service was great. The large and comfortable waiting area included free snacks and drinks.

First time customer. Made a reservation online and pulled up the next day. The customer service staff greeted me and got me set up quickly with service repairs on my CV axel and wheel bearing. Wait room was very nice with plenty of seating and power access for cell phones and laptops. Loved the window to the service bay and looking into a nice and clean shop. Makes you feel like your being taken care of. Customer service staff was able to explain what the mechanics found and what might need attention soon. Overall great experience, will be back!

This was my first experience with Nissan and they did not disappoint. This place was AMAZING! The level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer care was astounding. I purchased a Rogue SL for my son and the process went very smoothly. I worked with Raja (salesperson) and Charles (manager). Let me tell you, these 2 are the dynamic duo! Please ask for Charles (Chuck). He will take good care of you. I found him to be honest, fair, and respectful-no games. To say he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy is an understatement. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so impressed with this dealership I had to share.

Jinetta Brown is amazing!! She was so polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. We came looking for a specific 2020 Nissan Rogue. Not only did she show us the vehicle... which was great for her being the Vehicle Exchange Manager and not in Sales....but she was very straightforward, honest, and sincere. I really appreciate the time she took to explain the details and features of the car, and the price was unbeatable. Went to service my 2011 sedan, Nico was my advisor and did a wonderful job. He went over my inspection results with me and informed me of future service needs. Everyone was really friendly, and I was out 15 minutes before they estimated. They also did a complimentary wash on my car!
