Very organized and well planned workout location with amazing staff. The workouts themselves are challenging and created so that it can be done by all fitness levels. The more fit you are, the more reps or higher weight you can add.

Lion Chaser is one of the most challenging HITT workouts I've done! Love how each workout is different yet challenging. As a chiropractor, it is important to have a workout that keeps my muscles engaged and guessing, with a low impact approach and proper coaching. F45 has that...and makes it fun. I love all the instructors - Heath and Saddler will make sure to kick your butt while providing the most fun energy with dance moves! They also have saunas and cold plunges to help with recovery. Love starting my days here with the best workout in Atlanta!
