BugOut has been our termite company for the last eight years. The process is painless. They call me when it’s time for the annual inspection and they get it scheduled. Then they send out a very nice employee who’s on time and does his work efficiently and then they send me an invoice. I pay online. Boom. So easy.

Bug Out and its people are 100 percent! They've served our home for pest control over the past three years with great results, prompt personal service and a great value. If we have issues between treatments, which is rare, they respond promptly and remedy the situation, taking care of errant ants and other household pests.

The service people are courteous, friendly and professional. We like them and the quality of the company so much that we recently converted our termite letter/bond to Bug Out, from a national company. The cost to covert was very affordable and the staff spent time with us to explain what we were purchasing. Big change from the national company that only contacted us when they wanted to be paid the yearly invoice. I know I have made the right decision to protect my home and investment. Kudos to Bug out!

We really like our technician John Scarano and he does a great job keeping the bugs out of our home. He is very attentive to our requests for specific problem areas and we've seen a real decrease in hornets in the front and ants in the family room & kitchen. We get various pest companies visiting to our home, "because we're in the area", to give us "deals" all the time. But for the cost, Bug Out has been a great deal and we are totally satisfied with the results.

Dustin is my tech. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job. The office staff is very friendly and they always keep us on schedule, and their communication is awesome! I receive email reminders of upcoming visits, and then Dustin also calls the day before to confirm!

My service rep Shannon Hastings is a true professional. He listens to my issues and provides the best resolve. He is always friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to make my home life bug free!!!! Whatever you pay him...double it!

The entire group is exceptional at what they do! Once you call and schedule servicing, they do the very best to accommodate; even if it is the wknd; truly a phenomenal group. Danny Carrol is so good and super effective at ensuring the pest cause little to no damage and/or disruption to your home/life. Danny keeps track of treatment, insect types as well as being super efficient and quick; making sure we are not affected by critters.

We are knew to RIA and I am very pleased with their service, friendliness and professionalism already! I've called to ask a question and the office staff has been wonderful. I'm so thankful that we switched to this company for pest control, termites and mosquito treatments. A great decision!

Skyline shows up on time, they go out of their way to accommodate for my "pesty" issues, & the service guys are as nice as they can be! (The one who came today brought my trash bins back up to the house!)

Bug Out does a great job of controlling pests, mosquitoes, etc at our house. They are prompt and efficient, both with service and billing. Have a problem between treatments ??--call and they come back out and take care of it at no extra charge. Reliable and dependable !!

Skyline Pest is reasonably priced, but provide top priced service. They always come right out to the house if we call with a problem and promptly treat to rectify the issue. They never complain about returning to the house, and are great about offering advice as needed.

Roger Wills was our technician. He called 30 minutes before he came and were able to see where our ant problem was coming from. He dealt with everything very professionally and efficiently and I would definitely recommend Bug Out.

The treatment has been effective in cutting down on the insects in the home since we live so close to the woods. Our pest specialist, John Scarano has been so caring and understanding in trying to help us with our concerns. He is courteous and always wears the paper boots to protect the carpeting. He is an asset to your company. Excellent service.

Skyline took care of roach problems at our home promptly. In and out in under an hour. Service technician was courteous and knowledgeable and provided excellent tips to secure the homes from pests. Recommend Skyline highly.

Jonathan & Marcus are amazing. They came out today and helped solve all issues. I recommend skyline to anyone. My original guy doing pest control was Doug - sadly he retired this year. I hope your company utilized him before he retired by having him Teach new hires how you should behave. Doug was a gentleman, he was thoughtful, always cleaned up after himself if he saw a speck of dirt, and swept the gutters for spiders (my home is set back in the woods and they are a huge problem!), but most of all he was a kind man. He took the time to say ‘hello’ before he started outside so that when my 126 pound Labradoodle caught sight of him I would know who the person was skulking around my yard! Coop loved him too.it makes it so much easier if one just says ‘Hello’ 😊🐾🐾 I will truly miss Doug! Big shoes to fill ...

Todd Machado, our technician, is the reason we stay with Bug Out. His attention to detail, and great personality makes our quarterly experience great. He’s respectful of our house, and cleans any mess made by the process. Todd is great, ands it’s always great to engage in meaningful conversation every visit.

They do a great job. They have never let my dogs out of the backyard when they access to spray. If I'm having issues with bugs they come out immediately and take care of it for me

When I first engaged Skyline Pest Control a few years ago, I was experiencing invasions of ants, earwigs and other miscellaneous critters. In a heavy rain, I had to put up with earwigs seeking refuge in my bathtub and ants streaming inside through my floor vents. That is a thing of the past now. Thanks to the diligent work of Skyline's skilled and friendly technicians, my home has been reclaimed and I must no longer share it with unwanted six-legged intruders. Thank you, Skyline.

Use them ALL the time. Every employee is friendly. Their rates are good. Service is excellent. Skyline is fair & honest. Personally, I think they are the best.
