The staff was sooo friendly and professional. Really phenomenal no exaggeration. Management sparks my curiosity the staff was so friendly and helpful. Even 3 days before Christmas. Place was very much in order considering the circumstances. Lines where crazy long but it's the holidays. Big ups staff!

I was on face time with my husband so he could find me a bra last minute for a dress and Ms Lynn walked over and asked him if he needed help! She was so kind and soooo helpful and showed us all of the options, she was great. It’s so refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service these days! We wish you well Ms. Lynn!!!

I just came for Christmas shopping and it's the perfect place for affordable gifts! I have a huge family so it's quite costly but they have many options here. The staff are also super kind.

I just left the store and I feel like I just met an angel. I am quick to give bad reviews, but the associate who rang up my purchase had an energy that I have never experienced in my entire life.
Customer service is lacking these days, but I have to say that this T.J. Maxx is doing everything right!

I had a wonderful experience here. It was my first time here. Everything and everyone was Great. Store was clean. Pleasant smell. Clerk at register #4 Was very nice and helpful.Even let me kept my hangers... I will return and tell all my friends. The only thing I didn't see was a dressing room if there is one. That needs to be made more visible to the shoppers.

I went twice about 3-4 days apart and every staff member that I encountered was super nice and friendly/comical. The dressing room associates were very sweet too and the store is relatively neat/clean. I certainly plan to go back soon!

Always a pleasant experience with the customer focused staff atTJ Maxx Northlake. Love them even more today after leaving my wallet there on yesterday and them getting it safe until I can retrieve it although I wouldn't have expected anything less. Thank you!

Genuinely really happy that a worker there named Gailan has helped me with what I wanted and was really sweet. Before I could even ask for help she offered it.

Almost similar to Marshalls. It was my first visit and didn't find any significant difference compared to Marshalls. Location is good, store is clean and well organized and busy as well. Nice place to shop!
