Interfusion Fitness

Interfusion Fitness offers a variety of fitness classes (everything from dance and yoga to circuit training) that are great for people of all fitness levels and abilities. They also offer personal training and the occasional workshop or pop-up class. Very welcoming and fun environment!

Interfusion Fitness is home to all your wellness needs...Cardio, strength training, yoga, and nutrition expertise. Desiree and DJ (the owners) are two of the kindest people you’ll meet and really want you to succeed in your health and fitness goals. The instructors are fun and the workouts always change so you won’t be bored. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

InterFusion is the absolute best. The trainers are amazing, and they offer a variety of classes that meet all of my fitness needs. When I came, I was nervous because I wasn't in the best shape, but every class I've taken has had modifications that made sure I got a safe workout at my level.

It's such an amazing place where I get my groove back with Dance Fitness, and strengthen all of my muscles with Circuitry, or stretch it out with Yoga, then jam to my favorite jams in RetroFit. Whatever class I take, I leave InterFusion feeling healthy, happy, and proud of myself. I've enjoyed working with the staff and I've made amazing fitness friends.

There is no better place to dance or exercise to stay fit in the Atlanta area. The classes are fun, and intense but suitable for all levels and ages because of the attention and care of the owners and instructors to each individual who comes through the doors. There is an energy that is special and makes you want to keep coming back and try new things. You have GOT to come here!!!

Love it so far, went to two classes. I can vouch for "MC (muscle+cardio)" and "strengthen and stretch" getting the pump I crave, not too much cardio... you can get cut OR built here though its Not a bodybuilder gym, not very nice decor/look. Welcoming staff and talented team.

If you want to make a lifestyle change, THIS is the place to go. Yes, this is a fitness facility, but it also a transformative environment.

The staff WILL work you out, but more importantly, they will guide you towards overall wellness. The numbers on the scale aren't the driving force here, rather learning to love and live in your body.

Exercise is positive, productive, painless, and PURPLE at Interfusion Fitness! The atmosphere is friendly, the staff are phenomenal, and the classes are interesting, challenging, and FUN!
