Quality Inn & Suites Baton Rouge West - Port Allen

Stayed at this hotel 2 1/2 weeks ago, and Above average accommodations for an economically thrifty price. The lady that checked us in is a definite assets to the hotel. She was pleasant, professional, and personable. You could tell she cared about excellent customer service.

On the way to the room, I noticed that the hotel was closed in making the accommodations safe.

The room was clean, comfortable and safe. Smelled good and this is very important when you are a non-smoker.

The air conditioning phenomenal! The beds and pillows comfortable. The desk and refrigerator was handy.

I stayed in a Hilton for two months back in March, and this hotel was better. Everything worked! The exercise room, and pool was nice! We really enjoyed our swim in the clean pool.

The gentleman the next morning at the front desk was accommodating, informative, and professional. The breakfast bar had a great selection.

There is a lot of bang for the buck. Which is much needed right now in this economy. You can tell this hotel really cares about the guest and creating a comfortable, pleasant, and safe experience.

The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good with hot selections and more. Great location for LSU games.

After checking into and promptly right back out of another property that we originally reserved we found ourselves at the Quality inn and we should have reserved here to begin with!
The rooms and beds were clean and Super comfortable! So comfy in fact that my wife and daughter slept until 12-1pm ish a couple of days and the chair in the room was very comfy for me sit and work while "patiently" waiting for them to wake up! LOL!
Yes, the building has a little age on it, but it is in overall good repair and well maintained. The staff was amazing and the salt water pool was well maintained! The gentleman was our there every morning bright and early getting the pool ready for the day!
The breakfast included was pretty good and kept fresh and hot by a staff that obviously enjoyed serving others! Thank you Quality Inn for making our visit much more enjoyable!

We stayed here on our way home during Marti Gras. Rooms are updated, clean, no bugs. Staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Elevator was broken but everything else was good. We just needed a basic room at 2 am in morning.

My review is directly related to the gracious and extremely kind people that manage this nice establishment… My family and I are relocating to the east coast and stopped in the area to park our large moving truck and auto transport trailer. We had a reservation made for another hotel with trailer parking nearby but took a wrong turn and ended up in a dead end in the Quality Inn’s parking lot. My worst nightmare came about: being stuck and not being able to exit the truck without jack knifing the trailer… This was after driving all day (8+ hours) and our little ones (6months old and 5yr old) were extremely tired and hungry. Thank God the owners drove by and helped me back up the trailer and even reattach the auto trailer (in desperation, I detached the trailer and tried to lift it to another position… as my exhausted wife tried to calm our kids down as they watched me try. Getting our moving truck and trailer stuck here and being helped by the people that manage the in was a true blessing. They even refused our cash in exchange for their much needed support 😭 My faith in people was restored today. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏 I will never forget this kind gesture.

The room was a decent size and clean. The staff bent over backwards to make my stay a great one. The were friendly and very helpful. The hot breakfast was great. The only complaint was the gravy for the biscuits and gravy was thin and had little taste. Other than that it was delicious. The battery on my vehicle died and the maintenance guy went out of his way to help me take out the battery and recharge it. The housekeepers were friendly and efficient. The front desk ladies were very helpful in answering any questions i had. I didn't meet one member of the staff who didn't have a smile and asked how i was doing. I would definitely stay there again.

This is my 2nd home. Best hotel in the area. Great friendly staff and very affordable. I'm here more than at my house. The front desk makes me and my crew feel welcome. They make rooms available easy and always treats us with professional service.

Wonderful people, nice rooms, great atmosphere. Breakfast was good though not a lot of variety. We arrived late at night and had no problem getting a room. Night mgr was absolutely wonderful and so was everyone on the day staff. Would Highly recommend. 5 plus stars.

Clean room, comfortable bed, very good breakfast, and although I did not use them, there was a work out room and swimming pool on premises. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am a frequent traveler and can say that for the price this place in my opinion would be hard to beat and I will definitely use again and highly recommend

Stayed 3/9 on our way to FL. Arrived 11 p.m. and front desk clerk was alert & friendly. Room was ready for check in and requested roll away (complete w/sheets, pillows, etc.) was delivered promptly. Very quite and good night sleep on very comfortable bedding. Typical room w/2 double beds, TV, small dressing area and shower/tub.
Breakfast next morning a little better than most. Plenty of coffee, OJ, muffins and waffles. But, sausage, gravy and biscuits should have been warm and not cold. But, it's free.
Check out was prompt.
Stayed again 3/17 on our return trip to DFW. Same as before, arrived late, different desk clerk friendly and alert, room was ready.

Good stay. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a variety of items to choose from. The property was well kept and the location was accessible. The room had a kitchenette and the television was updated. The room had granite countertops and the bathroom floor was tiled. Overall had a good stay. Would recommend this property.

The experience I had just from speaking with the front desk woman, LaToya, let me know I had already made the right decision. She did everything to ensure a great stay. Comfortable stay, good breakfast, and great customer service. Recommend to all!

Beautiful Property. Spacious Rooms, elegant foyer area, updated and fresh breakfast bar. Outstanding service. Front desk and housekeeping. The owner is a joy to know. And it is conviently locates 10 miles from Baton Rouge. All your quick, and convient food places are nearby or across the street.. great, safe, and secure location. You won’t be disappointed.

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. I love the pillows. The breakfast is delicious and filling. I want to also thank the staff member who helped me the morning it rained. I really appreciate that.

The Hotel is Really nice. The front dest rep name Jennifer is very beautiful and has great customer service. The breakfast is delicious. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone. Great Job with the interior of the hotel. I will be coming back.

This is best, in walking distance to mcdonalds, burger king, taco bell/kfc, and the waffle house. The price is right and staff really nice, but you smokers found a way to smoke in the rooms, but it was still ok. Too cold to swim. But the pillows were just too fluffy. I got use to sleeping on concrete. Beds knocked me out with those pillows.
Gonna stay here again next time I visit.

Very friendly staff here they make you feel at home. Clean rooms and throughout the whole place ,great breakfast and snacks and beer in the evening. The bartender is super nice and sweet. Overall this is a great place to stay.

So, I booked my stay through Expedia for two days. I ended up showing up after hours, because we was coming from Texas. Needless, to say we was charged a no show fee. We arrived at 4am, instead of Stacy , charging us double she comped our stay for that night. Compared to that day, up until that point, we was having a pretty bad day, reason why we was late for check in. Stacy made our day. Not, only did she save me 💰, she spoke with Expedia, and got us taking care of. Thanks, again Stacy, for going above the bar at such a late hour. As far as the stay, it was just as comforting, clean, quite, and the room had everthing we needed. Thanks, again Stacy. 🤗
