McDonald's

This McDonald's was by far my favorite McDonald's. It was the best one that I've been to in a long time. The last good McDonald's that I went to was one in Lafayette. The food here was the best, and they didn't mess it up like many others do. Their fries were actually crispy and salty. You'd be surprised how hard it is to get good fries after the pandemic. Their chicken nuggets were crispy and not burnt or undercooked. I was shocked that even their burgers were good.

Has the best Drive-Thru customer service lady in town. She takes your order quickly and correctly.

No need to check the bag at this McDonalds.

I got food here between 4 and 4:30 Thanksgiving Day. Very fast, friendly and my order was correct and good.

Pretty big McDonald’s but I came in at 9am and it was super packed!!! So it took while for the food. But was super good!! So I don’t mind at all. So if you gonna come in morning get ready to wait

My order was fast and I didn't have to Waite long

The tables were dirty, and no one was cleaning, until 30-40 minutes after.

I honestly have to say for a McDonald’s this one is the best one. Every time I come here foods always correct hot fresh never cold fries and all that don’t know what all the bad reviews are about bc I’m from Baton Rouge most them are nasty and always giving cold food and all that. Not a fan of fast food but I have to say this McDonald’s actually does a good job. Must be time of day bc I come at night after work bc it’s the only one open and i don’t like jack in the box but it’s always good food fresh here

The folks in here are very friendly and get food out fresh and in quality time. Not ti mention perfect fries 👌👌👌 and the apple fritters are amazing

Very good service always get my order correct. This is one of the few McDonald's where I've never had any problems with my order the people here are very nice. I always use the McDonald's app it has plenty of great deals and rewards. Also it's fast pick up with the app. They do not allow truck parking it's posted, however there is plenty of parking for motorists. Located right off of I-10

This is one of the better McDonald's I've enjoyed.

We came at a very busy time during a rush close to lunch time. The gentleman that was obviously a manager, was in the middle of the action getting orders ready. He was very encouraging to all his staff and kept the line moving. He made sure every customer felt taken care of. He received many verbal compliments from customers while we were there. I would bet the young people that work with him love their jobs.

Clean and friendly business that serves good hot food quickly

Stopped by for a quick break during our trip back home after our vacation. It appears to be more "updated" than others. Very nice appearance as well, and clean, though someone had scratched a word in one of the bathroom stalls that should be removed...

Other than that, it was good experience.

Clean and curtious just nice and helpful as can be and the food is fresh and hot as I can ask for (without having to ask, or wait for a long time to get it) if you want great service and food to match, this is the best bet I would have to say.....

I don't know what all these other weirdos are talking about. Every time I come to this McDonald's I get great, friendly, fast service. They always smile and say "thank you". Today I ordered my meal, and my card wouldn't swipe. I don't know if it was my card or their machine but we tried and tried. Each time it failed to swipe. The cashier asked if I had another form of payment, and I told her "no". As I was leaving, a manager came out to me and handed me my order and told me to have a blessed day. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. Seriously, this is one of the best McDonalds in the Baton Rouge Metro Area. Thank all of you again for your dedication and great service.

Fast food get you some yummy yummy

I must say, for a McDonald's, I was quite surprised! I didn't feel rushed or "corraled" . The lady who greeted me, on the receipt is identified as KS#2 Side 1 12/28/2017 @9:35am Order 70. She was a younger, slim woman and may have been new. She received help for some of my order from a Manager. The manager was VERY friendly and willing to help her with my order (which was for a car load of individuals). She actually made my "special request" frozen coffee herself! Great job y'all! Not used to Customer Service at NO McDonald's in New Orleans!!!

As of my 5/22/22 visit, the woman at the counter said they no longer serve all day breakfast. Even tho they still have some of the signage, it's a recent change.
