The Marq at Brookhaven

When I tell you guys I love the Marq... I love living here. Paige the amazing leasing agent who has been my point of contact this entire year has been amazing. I am now moving into a different unit due to transitions in my life and Paige has been absolutely great, responsive, professional, and extremely informative. I always have 100 questions and she ALWAYS answers them and is just so kind. I highly recommend The Marq at Brookhaven but even more I highly suggest you talk to Paige when leasing. Everyone else in the office is also amazing, I finally found a community that cares.

Kristen did a great job showing me a prospective unit, explaining the application process, keeping me updated on next steps with the move, and made it the easiest leasing experience that I have ever had. I really appreciate everything and I am enjoying my stay so far with no complaints whatsoever. The unit is exactly as the model shown. Thank you!!!

As someone who left the property management field because of a lot of disappointment with managers I must say my experience touring with the property manager Mandi yesterday was a 10/10 experience. From her greeting and our discovery conversation, I felt like she cared and the best part is I wasn’t even looking for an apartment for myself but for a friend. Mandi showed me there are still great people in property management that do care about their prospects and residents. It’s to the point where I even took a leap of faith and applied for the company based off of the company culture displayed through Mandi during my visit! The property is beautiful and the floor plans are spacious and the location cannot be beat!

I waited a good month or so to write my review, with that being stated, let me dive into this:

Farrah, Mandi and the rest of the office have been nothing but PHENOMENAL. They embody being personable while maintaining professionalism and I have ZERO complaints.
I toured with Farrah and she is an absolute Queen as she keeps it real and is very straightforward (2 things I HIGHLY appreciate). The process was beyond smooth and simple, along with communications with the Farrah and the office.

I love the team. They do great work, and they do great by me. I appreaciate all that they do. I love my apartment, and how quick maintenence is in to fix or assess whatever I have a work order for. I was beyond baffled and surprised when maintenence put on the shoe covers as they entered into my apartment, because NOT everyone does so!

They all deserve so much praise.

We just moved here and love it so far. Great area, great staff, quick maintenance responses, just great! Thanks to Kirsten for the help during our move, she really went all in for us.

I moved to The Marq at Brookhaven in November 2023. I met with Farrah, who made me feel at ease imediately. Her personality was so laid back and friendly, but I didn't feel like she was sugarcoating anything or making anything seem like something it wasn't. I toured the 2BR/1BA unit and as soon as I stepped inside, I could immediately tell that this is what I wanted. For the price, the location, and the amenties, you honestly can't beat it. The community is kept up well and we're promptly notified if anything is going to be fixed or cleaned that will impact us. Whenever I take my dog on a walk, it's always beautiful and and quiet. Even if we're walking at night after the sun has set, I feel safe. I live in the back of the complex and don't have any issues with any traffic or other general city noises. I work in Midtown and it's extremely close to my job. Even in rush hour traffic, if I walked out of my front door at 7.30, I would get there before 8 am. I can go to the pharmacy and back and it'll take less than 30 minutes. The maintenace staff is also timely and efficient. I had two problems that needed addressing when I moved in and they were both addressed within 24 hours. I do have some issues with noises from my upstairs neighbor (I am on the ground floor), but the jury is still out on whether this particular person is noisy in general or it's just regular run of the mill noises. Either way, I expected noises from my neighbors when I moved in, so it doesn't bother me at all. Anyone who moves into an apartment and doesn't expect noises is setting themselves up for failure. I also love sitting out on my porch and reading; it's so peaceful and still, there aren't any obnoxious noises. Obviously I can't predict the future, as my lease won't be up for a while, but safe to say that I would have no hesitations renewing my lease here when the time comes.

The maintenance team is phenomenal. Shawn takes care of our work orders in a timely manner and has great customer service. Shawn always double checks if there’s anything else we need.

Hi! I’ve been living here for about 5 years now, and I truly love living here. I have never had any major issues with anything and any time I do have any issues management and agents fix it immediately. I know a lot of other properties have issues with their leasing offices answering phones but here we never have that problem. It is also a quiet neighborhood as well which I truly love. Like I said I’ve been here for about 5 years and I enjoy it. Highly recommend…. 10/10 :)

This is a great place to live. It’s right on the international food highway of Atlanta, which makes for great eats all the time. The maintenance is timely when needed, and the leasing staff is amazing! Farrah, Cameron, Mandi, and Don are the most personable and helpful leasing staff one could ask for! The grounds are always kept nice and clean, as well as the amenities like the pool, gym, and grills. The rent is affordable, especially given the current market. The area is nice and quiet, and there isn’t much in the way of ambient noise or clubs nearby. I definitely recommend living here!

I've lived here since 2014, and I could not be happier with it. There are few safe, gated communities on Buford hwy in town, which is an incredibly culturally rich neighborhood.

The management here ROCKS! I've of course had issues in the 8 years and 3 apartments I've had here, but every single time they take care of us in a way that makes us feel valued.

Also THE BEST complex for Doggies I've ever seen. There's so many and all sweethearts!

I have been living in this community for about 1 and a half years now and I absolutely love it! Moving in initially Cameron helped me and she was so sweet and accommodating with every and anything I needed help with! I later had the opportunity to interact with Paige when I switched units and she made the process seamless! The whole staff is very helpful and extremely friendly and knowledgeable about whatever position they are in. Shawn is AMAZING he makes sure all maintenance request are taken care of within 24 hours and he follows up with you if he sees you around the neighborhood. I really love this complex and have invited 3 people to live here so far! I would recommend this neighborhood to anyone.

I love how they are constantly improving the property! Just last week, railings were repainted and look great.

Management really puts an effort to develop a community of residents by hosting different kinds of events.

The maintenance team here is great! Sean and Billy came through last minute when my water line needed maintenance and didn’t leave until it was completed. They also explained what the issue was and told me not to hesitate to contact them if I have anymore issues. They have been the most friendly maintenance staff here at the property thus far! This encounter really turned my experience around. Thank you so much for all your help!!!

I would like to thank Kirsten Young, Leasing Consultant for providing exceptional customer service. She has a beautiful personality and is very professional. Also, she is very detailed and informative. I did experience a problem on the first day of move in, but she immediately resolved the issue. She returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone because you are treated with the highest respect. Kirsten is awesome!

I took a tour with Don and I have to say from the moment I walked into the leasing office I knew I chose the right apartment complex! Everyone there was so nice and inviting and you could tell they all truly cared about their jobs especially Don! He was very knowledgeable about the apartment complex and answered every question I asked. He pointed out the security measures they use to keep a quiet safe environment and let me know about all the new fun things they'll be adding to the complex. I enjoyed my tour so much that I cancelled my other appointments and decided to apply to this one right away. Thank you so much Don I can't wait to live at The Marq at Brookhaven!

I recently had the opportunity to stay in this apartment, and overall, I had a positive experience that I would rate as 5 stars. There were several aspects that stood out to me during my stay.

First and foremost, the location of the apartment is fantastic. It's conveniently situated near various amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation options. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and enjoy its offerings without any hassle.

The apartment itself was quite comfortable. The layout was spacious, and the furnishings were modern and tasteful. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the interior design. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it convenient for preparing meals at home.

The building's maintenance and security were up to par. I felt safe throughout my stay, and any issues I encountered were promptly addressed by the responsive management team. The common areas were kept clean, and I often made use of the on-site fitness center, which was a great perk.

The only reason I'm not giving this apartment a full 5 stars is because of some minor noise disturbances. While the location is convenient, it does mean that there is some street noise that can be heard in the apartment. Additionally, the walls seemed a bit thin, so I could sometimes hear my neighbors.

In conclusion, my experience in this apartment was largely positive. The excellent location, comfortable living space, and attentive management were definite highlights. With a bit of improvement in sound insulation, this place could easily earn a perfect 5 stars. If you're looking for a well-situated and comfortable apartment, this is definitely one to consider.

Personally, I would recommend Paige and Cameron to take a tour and sign your lease with they are amazing. The rest are just as welcoming as well, just haven't interacted with them as much as the others.

I have been a resident for a little over 4 years. I ove living here the entire staff here are wonderful and always helpful. They keep the community nice and have regular events. The water aerobics would have to be my Fav!!!! The area is quiet a close to a lot of popular areas. I love it and I will be renewing my lease!!!!

I love living at The Marq at Brookhaven. The staff goes above and beyond. If you ever run into any issues, they will be sure to address it in a timely manner and follow up accordingly. Maintenance responds to all work orders when they are put in the system. I love living here and to top it off.. The location is SUPERB! I recommend this place to anyone.

This is one place I can actually say I call home. The staff team is friendly and the community is very well kept up. The maintenance team is always on point within 24 hours your work orders are fulfill. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay, they always do things for there residents and that is something very hard to come by. Thank you for all that you do for our community and looking to many more years to come.
