I have used Lakeside Pharmacy for years now and have always loved the kind people there. The staff are knowledgeable and always busy, which is a testament of how good of a pharmacy it is to me as well as for the community.

Another 5 stars well deserved by Apollon and his great staff!

Lakeside is the best. Always has great customer service and go out of their way to make my kids happy as well with ring pops. Very helpful with prescriptions and they always work hard to fill my family’s prescriptions quickly. These are all reasons I choose them over the chains and even drive out of the way or choose not to go through a drive through. Top notch pharmacy!

Lakeside Pharmacy is amazing! We have been using them for about 7 years. They are conveniently located on the first floor of my doctors' building. I just pop in when I am through with my treatment every week. I can just text them what I need and it is ready to go when I get there. Customer service is amazing. The folks up front and the pharmacists are so nice and helpful. They have been super helpful with anything we have needed, which is a lot. They genuinely care how their customers are doing. We are thankful for Lakeside Pharmacy.

Mom may have broken her foot. Googled for knee scooter, and found Lakeside. Called and an amazing young lady answered. She helped me with this find and answeredall my questions. . When I arrived, she greeted me and had the scooter all ready for me and requested a try out. It's perfect. Shelby is so friendly, polite and professional at the same time. Lakeside Pharmacy is and always will be the best place to get prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and other health-related items. The staff members are all extremely friendly and make you feel like part of the family. The pharmacists all have been well-trained and go above and beyond to help their patients get the best care. Lakeside is by far the greatest pharmacy (won Best of Forsyth many years in a row now) and just has the best customer service of any store I have ever been to. THANK YOU, LAKESIDE!

Lakeside is the best pharmacy in town. In fact, Lakeside is probably the best pharmacy in the state. Their customer service is impeccable, they are rarely out of specific medications, they are quick and reliable, and they deliver. Every time I walk in I am blown away with how friendly they are. They go out of their way for everyone, and they really do treat customers like family. I would strongly recommend making Lakeside Pharmacy the place where you fill your prescriptions.

I brought my mom by the pharmacy today to try and find something to stabilize her arm because the doctor told her today it was broken. They tried to fit her with something at the doctors office but it wouldn’t fit so the doctor said to just leave her arm in the sling and it will be fine. When I arrived here at the pharmacy I explained the situation and a very nice young man named Robby was EXTREMELY helpful and VERY polite. He brought a couple a braces out to the car to show my mom and measured to make sure it would fit. We ended up needing to order one and have it delivered but We were very impressed with the level of care and service that Robby provided to us. Thanks so much 😊

Great pharmacy… I’m disappointed that I will no longer be able to use them due to a relocation that I had. The owner actually takes the time to call when there’s a problem.. that’s something that you won’t get with the bigger commercial pharmacies. Support your local pharmacy. I think they went above and beyond explaining any issues that come up. They try to find a solution rather than putting you on the shelf. I felt like I’m not just a number with them. Hopefully they stay in business for a long time. Anybody that uses
CVS and Walgreens will regret it once a customer service issues comes up. You won’t get the same attention to detail and courtesy from them. The owner is a stand up guy and I wish him all the best.

I have been using Lakeside Pharmacy for many years. The head pharmacist and owner, Apollon is a gem of a guy. He is smart and caring and takes time when you have questions to answer personally. This is probably the most well-run pharmacy I have ever witnessed. When I lived in the area, I used the delivery that they offered and it was always spot-on. Now that I have moved out of the delivery area, I still use Lakeside Pharmacy and they UPS my compounded medications and other prescriptions to me. All the staff is very friendly and efficient. Even though they are a large pharmacy, it feels as if you are dealing with a small and intimate operation. Kuddos to you, Lakeside. You are a rare find.

Lakeside Pharmacy is completely professional and has very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Apollon has gone above and beyond to care for his customers and our family for many years. Our son has had to start taking medication at an early age and Apollon has helped ensure that the dosage and medication is made accordingly to his age and size. He has always made himself available to answer our questions or listen to any concerns we may have regarding our son and offer advice and guidance as needed. Each of the staff members show great care by ensuring that their customers are aware of the many different side effects of medications. Apollon and his staff are always available to answer questions and are very knowledgeable. The entire staff is very welcoming, always ensuring their customers are noticed as they walk in. If you are looking for a pharmacy that will take the time to get to know you and your medications, I invite you to stop into Lakeside Pharmacy and see just how special you are. It’s unlike other pharmacy chains that make you feel like you are just another person in line. Lakeside Pharmacy also offers free delivery for those not feeling well enough to get out or unable to get out.

Most professional and understanding pharmacy around. These guys are seriously amazing. Free Delivery is incredibly huge! Why would you go anywhere else? Also, I have had moments that I messed up and forgot to call in something, but they always say "No problem" and happily resolve my issues within moments. The staff is nothing but nice and I genuinely feel stupid for not using them years ago. Compounding Lab is VERY FAST and they always get it right. Nothing but awesome things to say about these guys! My family have been using Lakeside for over 5 years. We have talked to the owner many times and has helped us get the best prices and explained the differences in the medications many times. The delivery aspect is great as we use it almost every time. We have recommended Lakeside to many of our family and friends.

I had been a faithful Walgreens customer since the 90s. The 3 times I have been to Lakeside my meds were ready in less than 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and helpful. No hour and a half wait here.
