Lance runs a first rate jewelry store. I’ve had a number of rings sized perfectly , many watch batteries replaced plus a few batteries replaced on watches while I waited. The staff here is fabulous and friendly and knowledgable. The selection of jewelry is wonderful. I bought the most beautiful estate ring here and the price was so reasonable! The quality of the jewelry here is outstanding and the prices are the best. I’ve shopped around and have finally found my jeweler. This place is a gem. Mandy in sales is friendly and helpful. Lance is caring and honest . You can trust these folks. This shop ROCKS! ……….no pun intended.

Lance and the employees at the store went out of their way to help me get my watch fixed. It had an issue when it came back from being serviced and Lance personally helped facilitate it coming back totally fixed. We have used them for several years and the staff are all about customer satisfaction. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and happy.

We’ve always had great experiences here! This week I totally jacked up my wedding ring set when I slammed my hand in a doorway. I mean it was completely bent and misshapen, and had some hairline cracks. Well to my utter surprise, Lance had it beautifully repaired and looking like new in just two days! Quality workmanship and excellent customer service!

I have recently worked with Lance to resize 3 of my rings. One ring is a diamond eternity band which another jeweler had told me couldn’t be resized because diamonds would fall out when the gold was cut to enlarge the ring. I talked to Lance and he assured me that he could add a matching diamond to make the ring perfect for my finger. When I picked it up, it was stunning and fits my finger perfectly. Lance has also sized 2 other rings for me recently. I will use this jeweler for any other repairs or custom work and highly recommend them!

I worked with Lance recently to have a custom piece made for one of my closest girlfriends to celebrate her 40th. The ask was a necklace for a woman who loves bats, and also incorporated her birthstone. He completely hit the nail on the head and delivered even better than I could have dreamed of. I would 100% recommend him for all your jewelry needs, especially custom!

I took them 3 rings that belonged to my parents and they designed one ring that included all of the stones and used the gold from the existing rings. The end result is beautiful and the price was very reasonable for a custom design. I cried when I opened it. This ring allows me to carry parts of my parents with me all the time. I would definitely recommend!

Today I stopped in to the store and ran into Lance who helped me with my watch. I stop in often for watch batteries and watch repairs. My wife and family have done business with Lance for years. My brother and I were trying to do something nice for our dad for Father's Day, so we went to Lance to see if he could fix our dad's bracket. Since Father's Day landed on a Sunday, he made the extra time to get the bracelet all fixed up on Sunday morning and helped us make our Father's Day gift possible.

We have been customers of Lance for many years—always happy. But recently I asked Doris to repair my mom's ring and it was much more of a challenge than any of us thought. She went far above and beyond amazing customer service. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and wanted to make it work—and they did. Doris is a gem at her job, and her heart is gold! This place is truly one of a kind. My engagement ring was terribly damaged and had to be melted down and completely remade. Lance and Doris run such a stellar operation. They replaced a stone that fell out on my engagement ring that my fiance bought from another store. Much later on a stone had gotten loose and they repaired it free under the warranty of their own work. They do great work in house, speedy, and my ring looks beautiful every time I get it back from them. Always glad to go to Lance's.

I was referred to Lances for a ring repair. I had a small pearl & amethyst ring that was more sentimental than valuable and one of the pearls was missing. The gentleman named Aaron that helped me was professional & friendly! My ring was fixed within a week the price was great & it looked awesome! I brought in my engagement ring, side stones had fallen out. Not only did they replace the stones, they also fixed the shape of my ring. The original jewelry store it was resized at gave it an odd oval shape. Now it looks better than it did the day I got married. Thank you for making my ring beautiful again!

I went to two other places to get quotes last year and was disheartened by how much they were going to charge me. I don’t know the words to express what I am feeling right now. I brought in my moms necklace , that broke during a gym class I coached in today. This necklace hasn’t come off my neck since I lost her in January of 2019.

I drove to the jewelry store feeling numb, hoping it was a quick fix! The customer service was unbelievable, Victoria was super sweet , she didn’t know I was holding my breath the entire conversation because I haven’t taken this necklace off ever, she had my chain fixed while I waited and didn’t charge me.

Absolutely amazing. Janet custom designed my wife's engagement right. She was able to incorporate diamonds from grandmothers ring and gold from my wife's family. I left with a ring that is one of a kind and a family heirloom. Their prices are the best I found and the service is unmatched. They have a life long client. I live inside the perimeter. I drive 45 minutes to come here. I will never shop anywhere else for jewelry.

Finally a place I have been looking for and I was actually impressed to have Found it right in our own local town. I have always shopped at big area chains of jewelers in our area thinking that I would always be getting exactly what I wanted but Everytime when I would leave I never really felt that I was getting exactly what I truly sat out in my heart that I wanted in a piece of jewerly and then one day I was speaking with a friend and she had suggested for me to give Lances Jewerly a try and so I did and I was taken by surprise from the moment I walked into his store at just how friendly every one was and how polite and and courteous the staff was. And then I was introduced to Lance White himself, I had begun telling him my story of how I had been to area Jewelers and those. Big chains of jewelry stores and how they never to have been able to hit the mark with what I would describe to them from my heart that I wanted and upon talking with him I was blown away it just how much he actually really cared and he listened to me and my heart's desires in a piece of jewelry and when I was done he explained to me that he truly understood where I was coming from and he then asked me to give him a few moments and he would return, and when he did he brought with him few pieces of jewelry he wanted me to look at and upon bringing those few pieces of jewelry to my attention I was flabbergasted I never thought I would come across someone that was able to actually fulfill my desires in a piece of jewelry until I came into Lance's jewelry that day.
The workmanship is exquisite and designs are unique. his dedication to making sure that it was exactly to my liking is what won me over I am Extremely happy with every purchase I have made so far, and every purchase that I plan on making in the future.
