As always, Roger is my go to jeweler. In addition to be able to doing repair work, he does beautiful custom pieces. This is a set that he had made in the shop and I just love it! Got a great price and it's gorgeous!

Mr. Roger resized my wedding band, engagement ring and anniversary band as well as reset my diamond that had fallen out. His price was very reasonable and he completed the work quickly so I could wear the rings to my son’s wedding. They look great! I will definitely be using him for any jewelry needs. Roger is really REALLY good at what he does. He is particular about the pieces he sells: every one of them is just lovely and top quality. It is my experience that he deals with those of us who come to him with a small heirloom piece to be re-set or repaired in just the same way he would deal with a customer whose pockets are much deeper than mine. Roger is personable, knowledgeable, creative, and yet reasonable. I would never hesitate to take any request to him: for a repair, a reconstruction, or a new piece. Tucked away in the corner of a local shopping center, this business is truly a hidden gem waiting to be discovered!

If you are looking for a fancy showroom with sales staff dressed in Armani or Prada, go elsewhere. The owner dresses quite casually, looking more at home on the boardwalk than the boardroom. He offers a nice selection of all kinds of jewelry, however what I like the most is that he is an actual goldsmith. Unlike the average order taker offering the diamond-de-jour, he can customize your purchase without the industry standard of salesperson, to manager, to designer, to goldsmith. I've been down that road a few times with ample frustration. The owner is one of the more knowledgable jewelers that I have run into in my travels. If you want a pleasant experience, go down and see for yourself. Pet his dog, it makes your decision less stressful.
