When it comes to dealing with companies in any industry, I am all about who gives the best customer service. When I find that company, I am as loyal a customer as they come. Hail Yeah Roofing has definitely got customer service down to an art form. I was so impressed from the beginning though to conclusion.

The relationship between the insurance adjuster and rep was fantastic. I was more than impressed with the follow up I received to ensure satisfaction. They are totally pet friendly as they ensure any nails are removed from the property when they are done. They even threw in an upgraded roof.

Hail Yeah Roofing gets 5 stars from me and I will never go elsewhere in the future for my roofing, siding or gutter needs. I am thrilled with the entire experience. I don't write alot of reviews, but for Hail Yeah Roofing, it was not only my pleasure, but almost my duty to do so.

We recently used Hail Yeah for new 6" gutters and some minor roof repairs. Kurt was very responsive, stopping by to quote our job within 24 hours of my call. The quote was competitive, and Kurt outlined the extra steps that his team takes to ensure the best look and longevity. When his teams became a bit backed up by rain, Kurt came out personally and did the roof repairs so we could avoid further water damage. Not many business owners will personally do your repairs, but Kurt did! Kurt spotted some flashing that had not been properly caulked and also sealed that to ensure a great seal.
A few days later, his gutter team came to do our installation. The team was very quick and efficient, knocking out over 300 feet of 6" seamless gutters and another 250' of enlarged downspouts in one afternoon. I had a couple of concerns with the original gutter design, and the team listened well and came up with some great alternative routings for some of the downspouts to avoid future roof problems.
Overall we were very pleased with Hail Yeah and would strongly recommend them. And how could you ever come up with a better name for a business??!!!

Over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to not only work with but also recommend Hail Yeah roofing to friends and neighbors. All of which have had a positive experience with the company. Hail Yeah will complete a project within a day and also thoroughly explain the claims process. I would recommend Hail Yeah for your roofing needs.

I needed to get my roof repaired after a big series of storms came through Suwanee. I called the insurance company and they said they were sending an appraiser. I then called this roofing company and a representative came out to my house and met the insurance appraiser. My roof was approved and that was really all I had to do. Hail Yeah took care of the rest of the process. They upgraded my roof to a nicer shingle and put money back in my pocket. I have pets so I was concerned about nails and other debris that may be left over but they used metal detectors and some other tool to make sure that my yard was safe for my dogs. I would definitely recommend them!

Customer service at it's best; Kurt is wonderful to work with. Fast, competitive and handled all of the needs inside and out of replacing the roof and repairs from water damage for my son. He also managed to fit me into his busy schedule, find a minor leak and repaired it himself. I would personally recommend him to everyone. It is truly a pleasure to find a company that strives to redefine the words "customer service"; not to mention, making sure that the job done was to last and look terrific. It doesn't get any better.

I had the opportunity to work directly with Kurt (Owner) of Hail Yeah Roofing. The best part of Hail Yeah is your dealing directly with the owner of the company, if there are any issues Kurt will be onsite immediately to make sure things get fixed correctly and promptly. GREAT COMPANY AND GREAT OWNER!

Hail Yeah(Atlanta area), AKA KMac (Atlanta area), AKA Buford Roofer, all run by Kurt Mccarney. PLEASE do your research. We did not and got burned. We paid his up front deposit. Despite constantly being next or just 2/3 in front of us, 6 months later no roof. He also will not return ANY money regardless of what the contract said. We had to go to small claims court. Do not believe his BBB rating statement. Search the internet and Utube. Ask yourself why he keeps changing company names.
