I had ordered some flowers for my girlfriend for valentines day. Due to events that were honestly out of their control, the flowers didn't arrive in time. The lady on the phone, Karen, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me though! They gave me a refund and sent my girlfriend flowers with an apology note!! I think that shows real customer oriented service and I'm definitely going to purchase from them again with how good they treated me.

Received a gorgeous single stem yellow rose as part of Mom's Night at our school. Excellent quality and the rose opened up so beautifully. Still looks amazing several days later.

They arranged these amazing flowers with very little notice for a funeral. So kind, professional, and did wonderful with 2 requests we had about swapping out a flower type and adding blue to one.

I was sent an arrangement from Bonnie's that was so beautiful, I ordered the same arrangement for my SIL. The basket Bonnie sent was absolutely breathtaking. My SIL and brother loved it. I think they took a pic from every angle. By far the best florist I have ever used.

Bonnie’s is great! After being let down by “another” florist, we found Bonnie’s and reached out with an impossible request… It’s 2p, can you get flowers to my niece this afternoon? The answer was absolutely! And they did just that. Within an hour a beautiful arrangement was delivered. I’d give 6 stars if the system would allow it.

After making a mistake going with Avis florist, I should of known just go with good old fashion mom n pop florist , who by the way have locally grown orchid plants. Long story short.. my friend now has a beautiful tangerine orchid! It is so beautiful! Thank you Bonnie's!
