Panera Bread

Overall good location. Supplies are not always stocked. One day I had to ask for coffee stirrers and napkins. They even run out of some warm pastries. But good customer service otherwise.

Most Panera bread restaurants that I've been to have been really good. This was no exception. Great salads, soups and sandwiches.

I understand they take long because its a great food that they sell. EVELYN, GABE AND SAM were very nice.

My family and I have always had very positive experiences here. The staff are extremely friendly and always make a point to greet us and get to know us. The manager is great--personable and always upbeat. Design of the store is good for getting together with friends or studying. They've also always had in stock what we wanted to order. Overall just a great place to relax, eat, and make connections.

Came here today to visit with a friend, had an everything bagel with cream cheese and an Arnold Palmer, was great!

I always order ahead with the app. It works great and you can just walk right in and grab your food. This is such a great way to order and pick up. This location is nice they keep it clean and the costumer service has been good when I have gone. The parking lot is a little annoying but it's fine. Overall a good Panera bread.

A great location and a very attractively designed restaurant. My cranberry orange muffin was perfection and my daughter loved her chicken soups in a bread bowl. The food was hot and fast. The service was friendly. Way to go, Panera!

The lady at the drive through was incredibly kind. Kep (I hope I'm spelling her name right) had a warm atmosphere and went the extra mile to get me a drink. I wish her the best and hope this review gives her some kind of bonus.

The manager (I think) was SUPER AWESOME didn't catch her name, but she was SO kind helping me find a low sodium entree for a friend in the hospital. Very young, wonderful attitude and needs a raise and promotion. I've not seen this kind of compassion in a fast food environment EVER. I hope the owner or Corp take good care of her. Seriously thank you. Restored my faith in the youth of today. At least a little bit.

I am beyond impressed with how this Panera location handled and issue with my delivery order yesterday. The delivery service did not pickup the full order, but as soon as Panera noticed, they called and offered to bring out the rest of the order. They were so quick to respond and the manager even dropped off extra cookies from the bakery to say sorry for the missing items. Thank you Panera!

Perfect customer service!!! and today's breakfast was awesome thank you Carmen for recommending the artichoke and spinach quiche and ensuring that our order of the Bacon, Scrambled Egg & Tomato Wrap came out right this time :-). This woman is not only great at the counter, but has tenacity and the desire to satisfy the customer. I wanted to offer her a job right there on the spot, but since my company is in a hiring freeze that will have to wait.

Good experience. Food was good quality and prepared in a timely manner.

This is one of the best Panera locations in the area. Well run, lots of space, and orders are handled accurately and quickly. Good adherence to mask / sanitary guidelines by the staff and most customers. Extraordinarily chipper counter staff with bottomless patience for confused old folks.

Just need to better manage coffee-only orders & crack down on scofflaw customers. Also: why keep the fireplace lit year ‘round, even when it’s in the 90s outside?

The workers were delightful. The lady taking my order reserved the last pumpkin muffin for me even before I finished paying. The food was delicious as well.

Very busy today but got great service, fast and food was excellent.
Posted a great review over a year ago but not now. The last two quick pickup orders have been missing parts of my salad (one was the chicken!) and while they did credit me for the order with no chicken I won't quick order from this location again.

I always order via Rapid Pickup and have yet to have a poor experience. The food is what you would expect at a Panera. The manager has been around a few times I have been waiting on my order and has always checked to make sure my order was coming in a timely fashion.

It’s close to closing, I’m starving and I can’t seem to English well at the drive-thru comms- it’s been a long day ok? The girl with the glasses, medical necklace, and anime voice was so patient and polite- much better customer service compared to other Panera and most drive-thrus.

Saqlain was such a pleasure to work with. He had great energy and knew a lot about different items on the menu, making the whole order experience easy. Already love Panera and their food, but the service really helped make my evening.

Sam the manager went above and beyond. The order kiosks said they were out of my favorite salad. So I order another salad it was good, but not what I came in for. Anyways long story short he made the salad I really wanted free of charge. Thanks, Sam it made my night.
