The nice woman at the Cummings, GA location was very helpful. I called on a Saturday afternoon, and the flowers were delivered that day. I just said I have this much money to spend including the delivery fee, and it’s for a friend to get well. She said for get well they usually do something bright in the arrangement. I said that was fine. That’s all the direction I gave, and what arrived at the hospital was gorgeous! It was full of flowers, not full of filler, and absolutely lovely! Five stars!! I’d recommend them every time!!

This place is excellent, staff was very friendly, don’t pay attention to bad reviews because my experience was great. Got a corsage for my prom date, and it is safe to say that she had the best one out of 500 high schoolers. Very impressed and it was on a 5 day notice. Overall great store, recommend.

It's awesome to see a team that is over the top to ensure you have a absolutely everything you need at all times. Reminded me of what used to be customer service in America. I was invited to look at newer arrangements in the back which was very nice of them to do so. Quick and easy.

BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS! GREAT SERVICE! Highly recommend!! I know next to nothing about flowers, but I do know that what you order from pictures can be very different than what you get.

It was important to me that my daughter, away on business on her birthday, feel special and loved.
So I called from 1500 miles away, with vague requests like: big, beautiful, colorful, not generic, unique and fabulous, special and fancy---but not on obnoxious.
Mary helped me with the order, and she NAILED it.

My girl said the flowers were the most beautiful she has ever seen, they even took her breath away a bit ❤ . They were delivered without issue, stayed fragrant and fresh for at least a week in the hotel room.

I could NOT have been more happy with this flower buying experience.

I had my wedding this past Saturday (5/15/2021) and I was absolutely blown away at my Bouquet and my flower crown. Everyone was very nice and sweet when I went into this shop. Best experience that I have ever had ordering flowers! I called a last minute order in, expecting to be told that it wasn't possible & instead got enthusiastic cooperation from Anna. Not only did she get the arrangement to my husband in no time, she also made one of the most beautiful bouquets I've ever seen! Fresh & so lovely! I walked in a few hours before homecoming and they were able to give me the most beautiful blue and white Roses for an affordable cost. Thet went above and beyond in making my own customized floral arrangement. It looks amazing and I cant wait to see the look on my girlfriend's face when she sees them too! The people are very kind and the store is very clean. Thankyou Flower Jazz for the great service.

Thinking I had a florist in Dacula,Ga ( I live in Indiana)
But the ordered got sent to another florist
To fill the order
I paid $122.98 for a "special" arrangement
did NOT receive the flowers I ordered
Reached out to florist Flower Jazz
to relay my disappointment
The owner hung up on ME
I got charged for what ever they wanted to send.
I will never use this florist again

Name on it.
