I had the best experience giving birth here! The nurses are amazing both in the delivery room and recovery room. They make you feel comfortable and go above and beyond to take care of both mom and baby. A special thank you to Amalia, Tatiana, Lori and the best about nurse Tara!! She is amazing, friendly, personable and she was always there for me when I needed her.

I was a patient last year. I wish I could reach out to my nurses and let them know how awesome they all were and that I will never forget them or my amazing experience! It is still such a fond memory. I am so happy with my care there.

My son Logan was born here November 16th 2022, a better experience we couldn't have had. Everyone very attentive and caring. He was a NICU baby, and the NICU nurses were amazing. And the nurses taking care of my wife they were amazing also. 10/10 experience.

I am writing this while currently on the recovery floor. I had my baby 11/12/2020 and I came for an induction but was actually in active labor on my own. My nurses in Labor and Delivery Inez, Bryn, Asia, and I absolutely hate that I can’t remember every name but they took such good care of me every step of the way!

In recovery I absolutely adored my nurses Kim and Diana M. They were completely awesome with checking on my baby and I!! The nurse lead Jeanette is so personable and awesome when she came to check on me!

I am so grateful and appreciative of everybody that went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe and amazing experience delivering my first baby!

I had the BEST experience at Northside Gwinnett when I delivered my baby girl here on 5/29/22! The nursing staff at this hospital is top tier. From triage, to labor, transition, and post-partum, they were all amazing and so attentive to me and my baby! They put my mind at ease so much as a first time mom. Special shout out to my labor nurses Ashley and Kerri! I had a very traumatic experience with my epidural, and Ashley acted quickly to get everything under control! Kerri kept me calm during a rough labor and was so encouraging and personable. Our post partum nurse, Bonnie, was a shining star. She made us feel like family in the first few hours with our precious little one. She really took the time to get to know us and make us feel welcomed and shared so much knowledge with us regarding our newborn. I will never forget her! Huge thank you to all our other nurses, Pam, Simone, Tiffany, Hailey, and Stephanie!!! And BIG thank you to Dr. Dark for delivering our baby girl safely! We are forever grateful to you, Northside!

This will be my 2nd review for the labor and delivery for this hospital! I was a bit scared because when I first delivered it was 2020 and Northside had JUST started to make the changes to Gwinnett Medical.Everything was still just as perfect and smooth! I was in GREAT care by the Triage nurses, my labor nurse Nila, my recovery nurses while on magnesium Sophia and Nancy (AMAZING LADY! I will NEVER forget her!) and my final recovery nurses Sammi, Amber, and Aleah! My family will forever be grateful for these wonderful women and my amazing doctor (Dr. Oduro)

Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.. Everybody was absolutely amazing while my girlfriend was in labor. The whole staff was so knowledgeable and courteous I mean my goodness they treat you better than your own family. Lauren was amazing and so nice and Fallon was great and they were both so caring. Julie was AMAZING as well. I shutter to think where we would be without them. Baby Dean, mama and daddy thank you all! Also If you have the ability to give birth at this hospital I absolutely IMPLORE you to do so. You will not regret it!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize how amazing the labor and delivery team was for me and all of their hard work. It was so comforting knowing I was being well taken care of. From start to finish everyone was so nice they managed to make me smile and I didn’t feel nervous or scared whatsoever. I felt incredibly blessed to have chosen Gwinnett labor and delivery. Thank you Jackie for listening and taking care of my concerns. I had the most positive experience and I’d like to especially thank Victoria and Hailey. Whether or not I needed something they were so attentive. Both always made sure I had everything I needed and regardless of the pain they made sure to somehow make everything better. I was shocked nurses like them exist after hearing horror stories, their compassion, optimism and kindness definitely did not go unnoticed, and because of the COVID situation it felt like if I had my family their because they treated me no different. They truly made my experience even more beautiful.

I wish I could rate this labor and delivery pavilion 10 Stars. I am a 46 year old geriatric high risk patient and delivered my baby via C-Section 3 days ago with Dr. Tanya Lugo. I have to say that my entire experience superseded my expectations. My pre operative services and surgery went very well. My recovery at the hospital also went very well. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I’m not planning on having anymore babies but I would definitely recommend Northside to anyone

I recently delivered at Northside and it was absolutely a wonderful experience! From the triage nurses to the nurses who took care of me during and after labor! A big shout out to HANNAH who took care of me during my labor she was super attentive, friendly, supportive and personable. And also to Reagan who was my nurse after delivery! Very attentive, knowledgeable, caring, and just super sweet! Everyone was great and I would definitely deliver here again or recommend it.

I could not wait to get home to write a review on the amazing experience I had while delivering my baby boy here on Monday July 13, 2020. I was pleasantly surprised that the experience went SO well considering that when I delivered my first son here in 2015, I had such a lackluster experience.
This time around everything went PERFECTLY! I had an elective induction that started early in the morning. My attending nurse for the majority of the induction process was named Alex. She was so amazingly sweet. Despite the fact that this was my third baby and my third time going through an induction process, Alex still took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. She was not only friendly, but also very compassionate.
When it came time for my epidural, she wasted NO time in getting the anesthesiologist into my room. She also coached me through being still so that I wouldn't disrupt the process. The anesthesiologist was also amazing. Her name was Dr. O (I can't remember the full spelling of her last name); but she had a very gentle hand and did a great job of administering my epidural.
Fast forward to the post par tum part of my stay... Again, nothing but an awesome experience. My night nurse was named Ruby. She cleaned me up like I was the newborn baby (Lol) and helped me change my soiled clothes and linen repeatedly without ever making me feel like I was a bother. She was also very friendly and attentive and she told me an amazing story about a woman in a third would country who had to give birth by herself with no help.
During the next day, my nurses Christine, Ana, and Liz were also all AMAZING!! Again, very friendly, conversational and accommodating ladies. The lactation, hearing, and lab staff were also all very informative and friendly and took the time to explain everything that they were doing to and for the baby. I especially appreciated the nursing director Susan stopping by my room to introduce herself and to see how I'd been treated during my stay.
Some additional perks: The baby's are given security ankle bracelets and stay in the room with you for the entire stay (it was like this in 2015 as well. Glad this hasn't changed). The hospital food was a lot tastier this time (very delicious sweet tea and banana pudding). There were also a lot of goodies given to take home now that the hospital is under Northside (i.e. a diaper bag, baby book, travel hygiene items for the parents, diapers, wipes, onesies, baby bath, huge water cup with Northside logo, and much more).
I could go on and on; but I'll end it here by just giving sincere thanks to the entire Labor and Delivery staff for taking such great care of us during our stay. Too bad this is my last baby... otherwise I'd go back here and get 5 star treatment again in a heartbeat.

I had the BEST experience here during and after my birth. During labor I had asked if my boyfriend could bring my dog to the hospital.. (a rather large dog) I was not expecting that they would allow it but they let my dog come into the room before it was time for the baby to arrive. That made me so happy!! This was my first time coming to this hospital and I had never met the wonderful people that delivered my baby but I felt so comfortable. This was my first child as well and the staff made my first time very easy and stress free. Words can not express how grateful I am to have givin birth at this hospital.

I recently just had our first born and from the minute I walked in I was greeted with such sweet and friendly faces. Every tech, nurse, and mid wife that accompanied me through my labor was beyond outstanding. They were informative, attentive, and caring. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience! Thank you to every one of the girls who helped deliver our baby girl!

I had a positive experience delivering our baby here. From the receptionist to the nurses and doctors, everyone was very nice and attentive. I would use them again in the future should I have another child. Just make sure you register beforehand for a smoother experience upon checking in.

I love Gwinnett Medical Center's Women's Pavillion! I would never deliver anywhere else. I have delivered two babies there and both times I was completely satisfied. The nurses are so friendly, attentive and caring. My youngest child had a couple of emergency situations during our stay there and the nurses were so quick to respond and very comforting during such a scary time for us. I am so grateful to all of the staff there but especially the nurses that took such great care of us!

My experience at the Women's Pavilion for the birth of my second child was phenomenal, from start to finish. This was my second birth at GMC and the first was no less pleasing as this one, though I was very excited to learn of some of the progressive changes made to delivery since my first child's birth. For example, the baby was to stay with me for a full hour uninterrupted and she also got to stay with us for her bath and, basically until we left.

Everyone, from the doctors to the nurses in Labor and Delivery/Mother and Baby, from the cafe staff to the anesthesiologist were attentive and kind. Not only did they take care of our little family but also provided a safe and warm environment to introduce our newest edition to many of our family and friends. The nurses that took care of us were especially amazing, like Sherri McClure. We really felt more than just a customer, we felt special, we felt loved!

If we decide to have another child, there is no doubt it will be at Gwinnett Medical Center's Women's Pavilion!

During pregnancy, not everything may go according to plan or perfectly. So when we had to be evaluated for some pregnancy related issues, staff at the women's pavilion did a wonderful job. From check in, to triage, and to the room everyone was pleasant, informative, and reassuring. As a patient that's going through something for the very first time and something we've never gone through, it was a pretty stressful and scary experience. I just want to give a special shout out to Victoria RN who took amazing care of us. She went above and beyond her job requirements to make sure we were taken care of. She advocated for us by contacting the provider when we had a concern. Thank you guys for everything!
