I bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze from here a few days ago, for a solid price and low mileage. And so far so good. It was an “As Is”, and there is a hole in the windshield that they offered to replace free of charge through a mobile replacement service. Other than that, there doesn’t seem to be much wrong with the car as of right now, and the customer service was very very good. I worked with Ellen, and she was extremely nice and genuine! Overall it was a good experience! As far as private dealerships go, there will always be things you need to be careful of and watch out for no matter what, but this dealership is solid. It’s really up to you as the buyer to be astute and pay attention, but they were pretty genuine over here. Thanks Ellen!

I bought a 2005 Ford Crown Victoria P71 with 134000 miles on it. It was exactly what was advertised, no more, no less.
Bobbie let me and my wife take it for a test drive, no employee with us to blow smoke up our rears about anything.
We paid cash but asked about financing. They were completely upfront with the added costs if we went that route. No "we'll have to run the numbers" b.s., just "it will be about $xxx more."
This is nothing personal against them, but I wouldn't trust ANYBODY without doing research on the make and model of the car in general; and the exact car specifically. General tip; download a used car buyers checklist and follow it.
I would not have any hesitation about using them again.

I had been looking for a used Sienna, which they had on the lot. They let us drive the vehicle around the area on our own and then gave us an excellent price. Because we live 40 miles away, she was able to get us in the vehicle and drive it home the same afternoon, and gave us extra keys. All in all, it worked out beautifully.
