Wow! I never experienced nice, genuine and caring people in any Georgia hospitals. This team made my morning and day. From check in to check out. I had an amazing experience they were efficient, quick, knowledgeable, organized, and caring. As I was walking out the parking lot two of the staff members from the 1st check in entrance were on lunch and asked how my mom was doing. That wow made my day cause how did you remember us out of all those patients. Thanks everyone for making this trip a pleasant one. We appreciate everything you do.

Every single person in this hospital is nice. I wish I could give 100,000 stars. The people here are very informative, patient, friendly, caring, and professional. I wish I had the time to write a longer review. My mom just had her appendectomy done tonight; each step was fast, smooth, and sweet. Words cannot describe. I truly appreciate you all! I love all the doctors and nurses, especially Dr. Hall, who took care of my mom tonight. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!♥

The staff in the psychiatric unit of the ER are absolutely amazing! RN Sarah was wonderful and made my daughter feel comfortable from the first meeting. They were very thorough and willing to explain everything, not to mention listen to everything that my daughter and I told them.

I delivered via C-section at this hospital and had the most amazing experience. Dr. Doris was my OB and surgeon and kept me so well informed and calm through the entire process. My night nurse Jessica was an absolute angel. I literally asked for her every night after my first experience with her because she was so warm and helpful and really made me feel like I was in the best hands. I am so grateful to the whole team who took care of me. Even my anesthesiologist Dr. Shivani was so incredibly kind. I can’t say enough amazing things about every step of my experience here.

I was recently admitted at Northside . My stay lasted 4 days. From the moment I expressed I had anxiety my nurse was so understanding and accommodating. Throughout my whole stay the whole staff treated me with 5star care . Because of the treatment I received I now I look at healthcare a whole new positive way. I want to say thank you so much to the ER staff and the staff on the cardiology wing at Northside hospital. For saving my life with such grace and compassion. May God Bless you all.

To all of the techs and nurses on the eighth floor, North.. you guys are awesome. These wonderful people took care of me after my surgery. so me and my wife made sure they had plenty of candy and cookies to eat. There was a tech named Annette. .. absolutely awesome person. Thank you Annette for taking such good care of me. We will never forget. Don't forget look up our number, the next cookout you're invited.

Frequent flyer at this point. Each time has been a different experience. I’ve had both horrid patient care and outstanding patient care. This last time around thanksgiving I was there due to chronic pancreatitis and I wanted to say Nurse Johnathon has been absolutely the most splendid nurse I’ve ever had the pleasure of being taken care by. He was so quick to listen and help whenever I needed so. This last time the team advocated above and beyond for me to get my first meal in days even when the okay was signed after food had gone out. Johnathon called the kitchen and made sure I got solids. Nurses like him are why we trust healthcare and I wanted to highlight for a moment what a significant importance it is that we thank our healthcare workers.

Here for and with a relative, late Tuesday afternoon … not overly busy. The front desk staff/ladies were very friendly and helpful and took us to our appropriate destination and then we were directed to the 2nd floor. The waiting area is clean and very pleasant as you would expect. It was a long wait time for our schedule procedure but it wasn’t unpleasant. The vending machines seem to be down but a nurse brought us something to drink. The surgeon explained what to expect… able to follow the progress on the monitor… so far so good, effective, efficient, professional in addition to friendly and helpful… as long as post op goes as smooth … it’s definitely a 5 star review

As I entered the hospital the girl at the desk was very friendly and helpful. I asked her about a patient and wish she can be located and she was able to take me to her room with no hesitation. All in all everyone seems to be very professional and very helpful.

I rarely ever go to the hospital…but today was different. Dr.Smith and my nurse Ms. Shenita was awesome!!!! I was here for 4 hrs but they were so nice and attentive that I honestly didn’t even notice. Besides that everyone I ran into had the best energy. My new Forever Hospital!!! Thank you guys!!! ❤❤

I’m shocked that not everyone feels the way I do. I had scheduled cardiothoracic surgery and was beyond amazed how well everything went. I can say enough every employee was so kind and helpful, the come and check on you constantly, housekeeping was impeccable, and anytime you needed something it was seconds to minutes away. I chose Northside because Piedmont was close to killing me and gave me the wrong diagnosis. I’m a hard person to please but in a hospital setting the patient should be pleased in all manners. You will find the care and concern from every single employee. I do hope I never return but should I need a host again I’ll be walking through Northsides door with ease and confidence. The office staff at Dr. Willekes were equally amazing. Sandra and Lauren actually came to see me in the hospital. I honestly felt like I mattered to everyone. Thank you one and all!

This is the second time I had surgery in this hospital. I really want to thank Dr. Werbel and all the rest of medical staff who took care of me. I only had an amazing good experiences. I really appreciate it all the care and attention the nurses provided me in a difficult time and pain. Keep it up all the great work. Ps: I don’t mean it by saying I’m looking forward to see you all because I don’t want another surgery 😆 but I mean it by say hello and thank you so much! I went in to the ER on Tuesday with some bad abdominal and lower back pain. The intake was quick and I received a CT scan along with the news that I was going to be admitted. Now I have a fear of hospitals [I've never truly understood why], but everyone there was absolutely amazing. From the nurses to the tech and the surgeons, they really made me feel like I mattered AND got me on the road to a quick recovery. I got surgery done, had a short two night stay and then I was deemed well enough to go home. I cannot thank everyone at this hospital enough for the absolute kindness they showed me!

I had a cardiac catheterization on 10/10/23 at Northside Hospital Gwinnett. As nervous as I was, the experience was phenomenal! From the registration clerk to the lab tech to the team in the cath lab, including nurses, techs and doctor all were friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and instructive . The whole day long procedure ran like clockwork and each part was carefully explained to me. Everyone worked together to ease my anxiety during the procedure. I can’t recommend this group of professionals and this facility enough! My extreme gratitude and thanks to all who participated in my visit; Dr DuPont, Alex, Jennifer, Simone, Melissa, Christine and anyone else I’ve missed. ❤

So, I was transferred to this location front Duluth sister hospital. The transfer was smooth andI was greeted by a great team on 7th floor. I was greeted by an amazing OB/GYN doctor. Dr Holcomb is an awesome, caring knowledgeable doctor. She explained the surgery to me in detail and made me feel ver comfortable and at ease throughout every step of the procedure. She was able to accomplish her assignment and she followed up with the nurse throughout my stay. I was treat and discharged 3 days after surgery. Hospital staff is very friendly, helpful and the hospital is clean. I had a great experience and I am grateful for such excellent service. Thank you Dr. Holcomb and team. Dr. Holcomb is now my regular GYN doctor. Thank you Northside . That is my mother visiting me during my stay at Northside Gwinnett. Excellent experience

Dr.Kuprys is the BEST Spine doctor hands down. I was suffering from an herniated disc (in my S1-L5 right side). And came to him in severe pain and was unable to walk (I was in a wheel-chair)😢. After reviewing my MRI and going over different treatment plans. I went ahead with the decision to the microdiscectomy surgery done (Aug.16th 2023). Everything went exactly the way Dr.Kuprys told me it would. Right, after surgery NO PAIN!🙌🏾 (My nerve PAIN was completely GONE...I wouldn't believe it🥲) And I was able to WALK🙌🏾 (a little lump...but, I'm not in a walk-chair). Now, here it is 7wks Post-Op and I'm WALKING with No Lump...and my scar has healed beautiful. I followed every instruction Dr.Kuprys told me to do to the "T"...And I doing well.

My labor and delivery experience here at Northside Hospital Gwinnett was extremely exceptional! I was greeted at the entrance with sincere kindness by the ladies of registration. Next, I received complete care by nurses (Hannah and Victoria) given my early morning arrival. On the day of delivery, my first Patient Care Tech (Mr. Brian) made sure that everything needed was met with a smile and true care. My nurse Felecia treated me with sufficient care and time. Dr. Emmerall was excellent, thank you. My delivery experience was one of a kind, peaceful, calm, and full of laughter. My son's nurses (Cindy and Celeste) were truly amazing. They made sure to snuggle my little love muffin' up with great care. My after labor and delivery nurses (Katie and Alina) were amazing as well. My second Patient Care Tech (Ms. Marsha) supplied all needed things to both mom and dad with a smile. Nurse Tori made sure baby William was healthy, happy, and full. (Ms. Rosa) made my room the best place to stay every time she entered! My daytime nurse (Nurse Christine) was so sweet that she made sure to care for William with a sweet little conversation every time care was rendered. Oh my goodness, my third Patient Care Tech Ms. Becky, that ⚜ WHO DAT GIRL ⚜ was the greatest, finding things just for me. Ms. Samantha completed his hearing screening with joy. Dr. Suskin, with those super glasses, made sure baby boy was of sufficient health. Ms. Bertha also made sure baby William was comfortable and didn't even cry with that foot prick! Ms. Nina, with her kind spirit, freshened my little king's six pack and biceps with a sweet song. My nighttime nurse (Nurse Wendy) helped me to remember the power of grace and mercy God gave us every day! She then introduced me to Nurse Gera with that beautiful accent. She made sure baby William was nice and warm with those baby and mom skin to skin techniques and great advice for our trip home. Nurse Melissa also supplied great support and amazing help during our last night in the hospital. Ms. Shalon shared laughter about "somebody's snoring"as she made my room nice, fresh, and clean.

I can't leave this this message without acknowledging my most fabulous, loving, caring, experienced, and talented DR. BRITTIANY DARK. She made sure that my labor and delivery was amazing and filled with comfort and love for MOM, DAD, AND BABY.

I always come to the Northside Gwinnett ER for my emergency needs because the staff here are always kind, understanding, and competent. Northside really goes above and beyond to make sure you get better.

My loved one was transferred from the Duluth location. They were super nice at the first location and just as nice here. No one wants to be in the hospital, but if I had to be I would choose here if I could.

I would highly recommend NHG. I have personally experienced NHG staff including several doctors, specialists, and very hard working and caring nurses ( I call them heavenly angels ) who earn most of the credit when it comes to assisting patients 24/7 day and night. I do recommend food menu to be provided in advance to different patients, not just cheff1 or cheff2 but with the complete menu, what kind of food they prefer in order to avoid food wastage and patients wellbeing. Overall experience was great with the exception of one doctor, Dr. Richard McCormic, who received my mother in ER. I am sorry to say this doctor does not fit in medical profession, he is not a good listener, very cocky, self opinionated, short temper, insecure and intense. He was against administering steroid to my asthmatic mother with severe shortness of breath after a flu. I have filed a complaint with patient advocate in detail and awaiting for the outcome. If I would have recorded the conversation or altercation that would have certainly costed him both his reputation and job. No doctor can threaten any patient by saying I quote: If you don't like me as your mothers doctor, you can leave the premises". But there were so many good things at NHG that exceeded a bad taste in mouth. Inshort, I thank you and indebted to NHG for taking such a good care of my ailing mother and still following up on her prgoress after being released from NHG. She is no more on oxygen and shortness of breath, recovering steadily. Thank you.
