McDonald's

I went through the drive thru at the McDonald's on the Perry parkway store at Publix this afternoon. I just had to come out this because of the young woman working the window that takes your money. She was the friendliest fast food employee I've encountered in quite a while. It was really nice to see that when what I've gotten used to are frowns and attitudes from them. When I say fast food employees I am collectively speaking about all the different restaurants. Customer service has really taken a blow in recent years. The young woman at that McDonald's today could teach you all a thing or two. Maybe they need to promote her to what ever position it is that is supposed to teach the staff customer service. I wish I'd gotten her name but unfortunately I didn't... But if she happens to see this you go girl and keep that smile on your face!

Was Mc Donald's I just don't like the dollar menu now almost 2$ a piece. Think they should add food on 1$: before they add more money

I don't know the lady's name but I will definitely add it when I get it but she was on it and with the best attitude she basically was the reason the place was humming Thursday morning. It was super busy inside and drive thru she was basically working the inside lobby part and helping train another lady. But very professional and had very Pleasant attitude with everyone in the lobby no matter their attitudes

If everything was run by Ms. C, this world would be a happier place! We ate in, but I couldn't stop watching her manage this place to perfection! I was blown away when I heard her repeatedly instruct the drive through workers to ASK people to park "and tell them why"! Do you know how many times I was TOLD to park and was frustrated because I didn't know why?! Ms. C made my family's dining experience an absolute pleasure, at McDonald's! Thank you Ms. C and staff!!!

The drive through was a bit slow, but it was very busy. My order was complete and correct right down to the sauce. The crew was very efficient and professional. They appeared to be communicating well, and the manager spoke to them with respect. She was in there helping them instead of barking orders. From what I could see, they worked together like a well-oiled machine...very impressive!

So glad this is my local McDonald's cause every other one I've visited has been horrible! But this location is great!!! Staff is friendly and service is quick.

Never have an issue with this location (Perry Pkwy) I use the app/curbside for convenience. There is always a smile on the employees face, even when it's a larger order. Food is always hot, never had a messed up order from here. 10/10 would recommend

Great McDonald’s here in town the lady that works the drive thur on Sunday mornings is wonderful every time super nice and very positive and takes pride in what she does one Sunday I forgot to bring my money she paid for my whole order which I did in return come back with her money not many people would have done that. Fast food places don’t get great reviews because when your order is right u eat it and go on but god help us if they forgot the pickle people then folks can’t wait to complain. So I just wanted to say thank u I eat her a lot and it’s a great staff.

I'm not sure what his position is, but Brad took my order and was extremely Per
sonable. He made me feel like I was being served at a 5 star restaurant. The guy has customer service skills out this world. He represents McDonald's as if it's his own company. I came in with an extremely large order he took it with ease made me feel comfortable about ordering it I did not feel like I even had the double check behind the order the order. Brad I appreciate you and I'm sure others that come through this McDonald' appreciate you have a blessed day bro!

The young lady who waited on me was very polite. She appeared too be new and always had a smile on her face with the customers.

We went at lunchtime and it was super busy. But the food came out correct and hot. The only bad thing was the floor was so greasy it was slippery.

The McDonald's was a delight!!The food was hot and fresh and fast. What more can you ask from a fast food restaurant?The workers were pleasant and quick. The McDonald's in Florida are quite the opposite. The workers are rude, they act like patrons are a problem they wish would just go away. The food is cold and it takes forever to get the wrong order. There's one line to order your food then a second line to pick up your food. It takes forever just to get an order of fries.

Stopped for a quick breakfast. Food was good and staff were excellent.

Compared to other McDonald's, this one ranks high on my list. It is always clean and the workers are always happy and helpful. Their food always tastes fresh, and so does their tea (this is a big deal to me!). I have never had an issue with my food being prepared incorrectly. Even with asking for my food to be prepared with or without certain things, it has been right each time. Also, the associates seem to be happy at work. Smiling associates mean a lot.

Best run McDonald’s I have ever seen. Everyone was friendly, place was clean. Manager was tough on her employees making sure they were working as efficient as possible. Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh.

Great Customer service, the Store Manager and employees were amazing. Food was great.

love using the mobile app and watching people look confused and dumbfounded when I walk in and get my food in front of them without having to pay or wait for it. since you have already paid for it. Also customizing your order is easier you don't have to worry about the cashier putting the order in incorrectly.
