With Kaiser, it can be the luck of the draw when it comes to the level of care you get when you see a doctor — but if you have a choice, ask for Dr. Varghese for primary care. He’s very personable and does a great job explaining health metrics. He has a genuine concern for his patients that shows through with the time he spends with you. And he has a good sense of humor that puts you at ease. I can honestly say for the first time in my life — I enjoy going to see the doctor! You can tell that your health and well-being matter to him.

I'm new to kaiser, and I had my first appointment recently! It was the best experience I have had at a doctors office in a very long time! The staff were all very friendly, and helpful. I love the use of your phone, and the kiosk to check in. Highly recommend!!!

Mr Tamoy Tucker is awesome. Like some says musicians are born not made, Tucker is born for Customer Service, making customer delight..I admire the passion he has to delight the customer.. He is the role model for any such people for how to interact with People.. we are first timers for Kaiser..and happy with Appointments and Doctors..

They got me in earlier than expected.. Dr. Patel and nurse July were great! I was able to take care of my issue and get my prescription right away. I only live about 15 minutes from the clinic. It was all very convenient. I appreciate Kaiser.

Dr. Varghese is a great doctor. I never feel rushed and he listens to what I am saying.

The patient registration associate Tamoy Tucker is so warm and friendly, he has an inviting, infectious personality with patients and their families that makes you feel welcome, and accepted at every visit. Thank you to everyone in this office for caring for me and my family. In a time where so many healthcare workers are overworked, tired, and burned out, u go above and beyond to give exceptional 👏 care with genuine hearts! This comes from a wife, mother of 5 children, and seasoned RN.

With Tamoy Tucker in the front desk, every visit to the hospital makes us feel relaxed and sometimes forget about the illness. He is one of the very few best personalities I have seen to fit this job and more. He deserves a raise or promo or any better customer facing job that needs people to be happy. He literally makes us feel happy in every visit.

Dr Patel is a great doctor she’s understanding, personable, knowledgeable.

Just visited the Northside Forsyth doctors office and was so impressed with the level of friendliness. I was seen right on time and Tamoy Tucker welcomed me with a warm and friendly greeting. The nurses and Dr. Christine Scott were very thorough in acquiring my medical history and addressing any concerns I might currently have. The labwork was done on site and I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who drew my blood, but he was very personable and I didn’t feel a thing when me blood was drawn. I would highly recommend this office. I only wish there were many more KP offices and specialists in this area

I had a very good experience here today. Tamoy, the front receptionist, is so friendly and kind. He always makes me feel comfortable. I needed a same day appt. I had no trouble. I saw Doc Patel. She is great. Very nice. Took her time with me and was very helpful. I truly appreciate all the hard work of this medical team.

Tamoy is a delight. He made the visit go smooth. His kindness is always appreciated! We expect to see him each time we come in. He eases the stress of our visits to the doctor.

We have been served by the dedicated team at Kaiser Permanente's Forsyth Medical Office for many years. We appreciate the great care they provide to each member of our family.

We especially want to give a shout-out for Tamoy, who always greets us warmly, asks about the small details he remembers about our family, and engages in other cheerful conversation with us. We have observed Tamoy to do this with every person who walks in the office. His customer care is outstanding.

And we also want to give a shout-out for Marcia who always provides exceptional nursing care and goes above and beyond to be helpful to us. She did this recently when she learned about one of us arriving early for an appointment. While she was on lunch at the time, she decided to cut her lunch early so she could help out. Amazing.

My experience with the Forsyth Kaiser is exceptional. The front desk gentleman Tamoy Walker is such a delightful person. Always smiling and professional. Always greets the patients by their name. All the staff there are awesome.

I was diagnosed with Cancer in June.
My doctors have been amazing!!! The team that has been taking care of me called and checked it many times during my treatment.
All of the things leading up to today and future surgery has been great. The only thing not so great has been Radiology. That was a bit of a struggle. Eventually it all worked out. I ♥ Kaiser.

This is my first year with Kiser and I'm so pleased with this Office. Tomoy at the front desk is the friendliest person. He aways makes you feel good that you came to the doctor. He is GREAT. Dr. Christine is great! She takes her time with patients and answers my emails timely. She is awesome! Nurse Deena is so nice and helpful and Lydia Porter that did my Labs was perfect. Never felt anything. I was so reluctant to switch doctors but after visiting Kiser for a few time...so happy I did. Thank you Kiser people at Forsyth Medical Office. You guys know how to make a difference!
