We had a leak in our garage for about 2 years and every time we planned to have it repaired something else in our 25 year old home would break. After 7 days of straight rain I thought the ceiling would fall in. I read thru reviews and gave Ryan a call for an estimate. He was at our home the next morning and the price he quoted I thought was to good to be true. The next day him and an employee came out and within 3 hours the roof was repaired. It has been raining off and on for 2 weeks and I am happy to report the leak is fixed and Ryan's work is more than affordable. Thanks so much Ryan I can finally stop worrying every time it rains!! :-)

Ryan Armentrout is more professional, knowledgeable realistic, and honest than every other roofer I’ve had to my house so far for estimates. First time he came out I had a leak, he fixed it on the first visit. While other roofers quoted me thousands and spoke of insurance claims. I would highly recommend him to any friends or family.

Very thankful for Ryan's help fixing my leaking roof. I got an assessment from another roofing company who said they couldn't find the issue. Odd... Ryan was very thorough and found the nail pops in my roof. He was able to fix them on the spot at an affordable rate. He even explained which materials he used and why. We initially contacted Armentrout because water was coming into the dining room when it rained at our rental property. Ryan responded quickly to assess the situation. We were very impressed with his communication style—he explained things in laymen’s terms so that I was able to easily understand the what/why. When I contacted him again after the roof was replaced to let him know it didn’t solve the problem, he and his wife came back with a water hose and got on top of the roof to simulate rain, found and resolved the issue. We were impressed with both the quality of the work and how quickly the job got done. Both were too-notch and exceeded our and the tenant’s expectations. The team at Armentrout is genuinely honest, professional, and hard working and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

I initially contacted Armentrout because I was worried that there might be a hole in the roof causing a leak on the ceiling in one of our bedrooms. Ryan responded quickly to assess the situation. He let me know that the small patch I did had already taken care of the problem and he even gave me some free advice about how to deal with nail pops and small holes in the future!
