Super friendly and lots of choices. Family owned and both father & son are really nice. Tons of flavors, big selection of vape pens, disposables too. Had no clue what to get and they really took the time to explain the differences. Great place overall.

I was 1,000 miles from home and had just fried my coil AND run out of vape juice... Luckily Google lead me to the best vape shop in town! This place was awesome! Excellent customer service, and rock bottom prices for the high quality products they stock.

I went with a house blend liquid, and I wasn't disappointed, the flavor profile was amazing and complexly layered; I was very satisfied.

The guy working the counter was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions, plus he was super friendly and it was fun to sit on their luxurious couches and chat a bit while I set my rig back up. He even gave me a paper towel to take apart my coil and tank and clean it up for the new flavor.

This was an excellent experience, they took great care of a guy who was in trouble and far from home. I wish I lived locally so I could go back! 10/10 recommended.

I’ve been a customer for around a decade. On my way there, I drive past many closer/similar stores.
Why do I drive a little longer? The people are wonderful, friendly and give everyone the respect we wish any other retail store would. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Added bonus, they are family owned and operated.

Additionally, they have a point reward system to get $$ off your purchase.

I've been going here for over a year and the service is consistently wonderful. Two days ago, I went in for a new battery within an hour of closing. The owner was patient and didn't try to rush me out. All of the staff are like him, very kind and informative. They have a digital loyalty program, great prices and a big selection.

Been coming here for years, love that this is a local place. Friendly service, owner is awesome so is his son. And, right now, they do offer curbside pickup. They also have a discount service you can sign up for. You'll enjoy they great service and hospitality here.

Went there by myself one day, they were extremely helpful and informative. A pleasure talking and learning from them. Went a second time with my wife and she was extremely pleased with her experience as well. She had so many questions and they were all answered and we left feeling a whole lot better.

I would recommend this place to anyone!! We shall be returning.

Best vape shop I have been to hands down. The people and customer service are phenomenal. I told them about a juice that I loved and how I had to drive super far somewhere else just to buy it, but I would prefer to get it from them. They now carry that juice... I would like to think just for me :-P. I will literally never go anywhere else and I constantly recommend this store to everyone I know!

Absolutely the most amazing customer service I’ve had from a vape shop. They have a wonderful selection, incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a ton of fun, delicious in house juices at a great price. If you’re in Cumming, you HAVE to come here and give their shop a look!

Started buying from them about 3 month from the day they opened. Was smoking 2 or 3 packs a day while driving a truck. Did what was asked and have not smoked a cigarette since. Went from 18mg nicotine to 1.5 and my wife vapes zero nicotine. Moved to NC and still buy from them. Just a phone call and order is shipped. Friendly fast and caring people. Thanks for help

From the minute I walked through the door I felt at home. They helped me find the best device for my needs and put together the entire setup for me. I can honestly say I haven't seen customer service like this anywhere else in years. I left the store knowing I'll be a customer for life!! And my purchase didn't break the bank!

One of the best vape shops in town. Been going here for years. Service is second to none and the folks are friendly. Not a chain and not a "hangout" or cloud comp venue. Just good folks helping others to stay off cigarettes.

This store has an excellent selection of e-juice flavors and the customer service is really friendly and very knowledgeable. I asked for a specific type of flavor and he didn't even have to look to tell me exactly what was in stock

I've found Randy, his wife and every one else very knowledgeable. They are very helpful when choosing different products and flavors. I'm also glad they're open until 7.

So friendly and helpful! This is the most comfortable and inviting shop. Smoke free since October and it's all Randy's fault! Lol. Seriously...if you are ready to quit or new to vaping, this is the place to go.

I went in knowing literally NOTHING about vapes, had no clue which vape i wanted, or flavor or nicotine level i should do. Everyone there was by far more than patient with me, sincerely cared about what my preferences were in order to find the best vape for my liking and got it down to a T in flavor. BEST COSTUMER SERVICE BY FAR. I went in super nervous and left so relieved that i wasn't rushed into just buying something and getting out the door. Happy to say i found a Vape Store i can come back to every time i need anything for my amazing new vape.

Needed a new battery, the staff are really great. Sold me a great battery and enjoyed conversing with everyone. I’ll be back for juice when I run out.

Ive been to a lot of vape shops.this one by far has the best customer service, most knowledge, best prices, best house juice, and the best smiling faces. Employees remember you by name and you dont find that often anymore. Best vape shop in georgia
