I used Will for a roof leak six years ago. I was so impressed with him at the time that I held onto his card. Recently, I had another leak from a satellite dish that was improperly installed. The years of leaking had caused significant damage to the roof. I was anxious to get someone out before it rained again. After calling several other roofers and being put off from days to weeks, I remembered Will and went to hunt down his business card. I called, he came out the same day. Gave me the estimate and had the work complete within a week. Will is an honest hard worker that does what he says he will do and I highly recommend him.

Will is always focused on doing the job only one way, the right way. He is responsive to requests and explains the materials and process well. We used him twice at our church buildings with one being a very complex job.

We had a leak in our roof that needed repair and Will was extremely prompt in responding and getting out to assess the issue. Will was very thorough and I appreciated his honesty and straightforward approach and only pointed out the things that needed repair and didn't try to upsell. He was even able to get a crew out to our house for the repairs the very next day! They did great work and will be looking to The Roofing HQ for any of our future roofing needs!

Will is such a good person. He couldn’t help me because I was out of his service area, but he took the time to vet contractors in my area, look at their quotes, and give me guidance on their products and offerings. He also told me things to look out for, how to manage the contractors, and how to document things to protect myself.

He didn’t have to even talk to me, but took the time to help me knowing that he wouldn’t make any money off me. I’d definitely recommend Will if you want someone who has integrity and your best interest in mind.

The Roofing HQ and the owner Will are top notch. We had a tree hit our house 2 days before Christmas and Will had someone out that day to tarp the roof and a damaged door. They were very informative and helped walk us through every step of the insurance claim. Once everything got approved with insurance they got to work immediately. They repaired our roof, replaced siding, gutters, a window, a French door, trim, and painted all within a week. Everyone was very professional and did great quality work. We can’t thank Will and this company enough for helping us through this stressful situation. Highly recommend!!

When needing a roof after some storm damage I had a lot of choices living in an area with a competitive roofing market. Fortunately, I found The Roofing HQ. Owner Will Jones was quick to get back to me and send someone to provide an estimate. They even went the extra mile to tarp off a damaged part of my roof in case of storms, well before they were even hired for the job. Will and his staff are very good communicators, friendly, patient, and up-front. It's good to know there are honest business people out there.

Will came out to spent nearly two hours meeting with the claims adjuster and to go over the process with me. After I was approved for a new roof, it was just a few short days later that his crew was on my roof at 6:30am tearing off the old one. They worked non-stop, but with precision. My yard went from looking like a junkyard, to appearing like nobody laid foot on it by 4pm. The roof and the new color, Driftwood, look stunning. Call these guys! They are very very trustworthy and fight hard for the homeowner! They never gave up with our insurance company and finally got us a new roof! And gutters! They were so fast and thorough, communicating all throughout the process. But the best part was that our roof was removed and re-installed in just 1 day! Including cleanup! They were much more professional and helpful than others we spoke with.

I was extremely happy with the work performed by The Roofing HQ. They replaced my entire roof and the new roof looks absolutely wonderful. From the very first day until the day of the replacement they were very professional and pleasant to work with. I was particularly impressed with John "JD" Pullen, the manager of my job. He kept me informed of everything, took care the majority of the work involved with the insurance company and guided me expertly through the whole process. One important point. This company is an expert at working with insurance companies. Even difficult ones like State Farms. If you are worried about your claim not being approved or not being approved for a full replacement, you are in very good hands if you go with The Roofing HQ.

The Roofing HQ staff were very professional from the gentleman delivering the supplies, the crew working on the roof and Josh, our Sales Representative. We had questions and Josh was able to get them answered for us before the job. He also was around supervising the work that day. The crew completed the job in one day and when they left everything was cleaned up. The roof looks awesome and I would recommend The Roofing HQ to others.

The roofing HQ and crew and company did an amazing installation of my new roof. The men and women on the crew worked their butts off all day long with little or no breaks. In 90 degree heat no less! What a tremendous work ethic those people have. I was very pleased with the care and precautions they took while on my property. All plants and shrubs were covered with tarps for protection. After the installation, the crew went over the driveway and surrounding areas with a magnetic roller to pick up any loose nails. I highly recommend Will Jones and the The Roofing HQ.

I’ve known Will - the owner - for multiple years now. From the beginning of the claims process to picking up the final paycheck, he is actively involved and ensures everything is handled professionally. It’s as simple as treating each other the way you would want to be treated. It’s easy to work for someone who takes so much pride in their work.

The Roofing HQ was exceptional. The owner came over and presented me options that were above my deductible and explained to me that I didn't have to choose any of these (but I'm really glad I did). His workers showed up on time; were prepared and professional. His painters showed up the following Monday and finished in a half-day and showed my son and I around for approval!
