I did chilis to go. Def great here. The promise at the said time. Never waited more than four or 5 minutes once I got there. Certain items are better in general for it to go obviously. Steak is not one of the best options for to go. But appetizers, wings, burgers. They're all done pretty well on to go for me.

We came on a Thursday night and we were seated in a booth right away. Our server was named Rich. He had the best personality and provided great service. Rich suggested the $5 monthly margs and we had 3 rounds! The chips and salsa were really good. I ordered the Cajun pasta w chicken and it was very tasty. Hubby ordered the sizzling Fajita combo, but the pan didn’t come out sizzling. It was a first non-sizzle we ever had at Chili’s ordering this dish. But it was alright. The 5 stars is really owed to Rich’s service. 3 stars for the food.

I picked up my to-go order today. I have been to this Chili's several times and just received good service, today, I had to say I received EXCELLENT service from Princess. We talked about how beautiful her name was and how it fits her personality and spirit. She was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. So professional! My family and I will definitely be asking for her when we place our order again.

Came here with my daughter, had a great experience. Ross was absolutely an amazing server, he was very attentive and kind. Very knowledgeable of menu and made very good recommendations. Definitely will be returning soon and hope to have Ross again as our server.☺☺☺
Also, the Smokehouse Combo with Brisket Quesadillas was amazing & tender.

Chili's surprised me with a very good service, tasty food, good and friendly staff. The host was amazing too. For some reason I always thought Chili's was a low end, fast food place, my mistake for not doing my research; but I got to say, I was wrong! I loved that they have a lot of healthy choices; yet, super delicious. The service we received made a difference! Super satisfied, I will definitely visit this place more often!

The service was awesome I went after 2pm and it was just perfect for me to get great service. The food was delicious*** No long wait and it wasn't crowded. The cashier was extremely nice and deserving of a satisfaction tip!

This is Honestly my favorite chilis to come to. Every time that I’ve came here, Tamera was my server. She is very sweet and does an excellent job to make sure that you have everything that you need while enjoying your meal. Even though there’s more than one chilis, I like coming to this one the most!

We had the same waiter we’ve had before. This young man has been on point each time. Gets our orders and brings our drinks out immediately look when I go I’m always with my Supper club and we range in numbers with the lowest being 10 people. On both occasions this young man was on point he’s light hearted and sure to put a smile on your face makes the atmosphere great to be in! Food was good, service was great because of our waiter and his light heartedness made our visit each time Great! Location was clean, service was great, food was delicious we were waited on and seated immediately that’s five star all by itself on a Sunday evening! We had our drinks and appetizers within minutes of being seated. As picky as I am I can’t ask for more. I’d refer anyone to this location whether alone or in a group great atmosphere and service and delicious food.

And they was a problem with the smokehouse online with one of the choices and so I call the Restaurant to fine out was the choice I wanted was already included to see if I didn't have to worry and found out it wasn't a choice Tonight But the waitress Princess Harrison And Her Great Manager Mr.Ty were so polite helpful, And caring going out their way to make My Son & I Ending of a day so pleasant

The staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. Even to-go has its own parking area and easy to get in and out

I have been to this particular Chili's off and on for over 20 years now. It's not near me, but somehow, it ends up being a place to meet. It does look its age on the inside. The wait staff has almost always been the same. They do their job and do it well, but don't really enjoy it. I get it, so I don't deduct for it in my head. The food is always good at Chili's. Reasonably priced for what you get for the most part.
