Laura is best in the business when it comes to customer service. She always makes you feel welcome to be there and ready to help the minute you walk in the door. The rest of the staff is just as welcoming and helpful as well you can tell they enjoy working there.

This store always has everything I need. I recently fixed a gas line in my home and they helped me find the correct parts. I then found and purchased great Adirondack chairs at a great price. The service is outstanding! Employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

I've been coming here for some time now. Between a great selection of merchandise that goes into a little deeper detail on concentration to a staff team that really knows their stuff all the while truly enjoying helping someone, this place is perfect. I love coming here. I always feel grateful when I walk out of here.

I have shopped this Ace location for 10+ years. Over the years I have found their staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Many thanks to Heather, Melissa, and Mark for all the great advice. The products are from quality brands that can be trusted. Ace also has a very good return/credit policy, and they will work with you as needed.
I literally have not purchased anything from a big box store in many years (including all Outdoor Power Equipment - Stihl, Toro, electrics, etc). Not only can you find what you need here, and get MUCH better advice, but with the Ace discount coupons you often pay less than the bog box stores.

Ace is the best! I have been there twice recently with two problems: One with locating (high quality) bolts for my truck, the second with a pull-start cord for my power-washer.
They fixed both issues, give Ace a try I think you'll agree!

This is a great Ace Hardware store! We looked everywhere in vain for fairly large sheets of plexiglass to cover our patio screens for winter. They needed to be cut to size and no one would do it. For this store it was no problem at all. Quick and very friendly service and very reasonable too. Store seems to have everything you could need and very organized. We highly recommend you check it out.

We've been shopping at this Ace Hardware for many years. It's conveniently located, friendly, helpful -- always plenty of staff there to help and to answer questions -- and prices are always great and competitive against any other store. If I am looking for something, they always have it. We get plants and flowers there, too, and their prices and brands for Rose X and Neem oil are the best. Found everything I needed for plumbing too.

This is is the most underrated store in America!! They have so much of the stuff that we can't find at those other stores; plus I feel as if their costs are better! And, the staff is so good at helping you feel good about your purchases! This place is that bit of that Americana we all miss from our past! Plus, I love the Veteran's support! 🤭🫡🇺🇲

I prefer coming here instead of the big box stores. I always get a friendly greeting when I come in the store. Laura and Adi and everyone else at the front immediately ask if they can help me find something , and always easily and accurately tell me where to find it. Great service every time!

Ace Hardware had what I needed when the big "orange" store didn't. I needed an odd screw-in knob for a machine. The store employee got me to the right aisle and found a PERFECT replacement. This is the place to go if you want quick, friendly, effective service!

Artistic Builders Supply is my first choice to shop at rather than big box stores because I can count on them for help and advice from finding a small bolt to a chain saw. They are always friendly and knowledgeable.

There is always someone immediately available to help me with whatever item I need or to answer any questions I may have. There is personal service you don't get in the big box stores. It is worth the extra drive time to come to this particular Ace Hardware. Recently a sales person helped me save over a hundred dollars, and in the process losing some money on their end, by purchasing a less expensive part elsewhere but coming back to them to put it together and program it.

Great place for all your hardware needs. There is nothing like a good hardware store. Great customer service.
