Alan's Flooring has exceptional customer service. Don't let the small crowded show room fool you. They have a great selection of flooring from carpet, hardwood, and LVP. They have great relationships with the manufacturers and it shows in their pricing. You will not find better pricing. We purchased carpet for our bedrooms and were able to get it installed in a week. The process was easy and beat all the competitors pricing. Save yourself the time...go here first!

This is the 3rd time we have hired Alan's for our flooring. They did our upstairs (from carpet to LVP) in June 2022 then our main floor bathroom and laundry (tile to LVP) in Feb 2023 and now most recently our basement (carpet and tile to LVP). I can't say enough great things about Alan's! Their service is top notch, the team is efficient and polite and the end result is amazing! We love Alan's! I've attached few pics. The new flooring is part of a larger remodel; not yet complete, but wanted to show off the floors.

Alan’s flooring has been absolutely amazing to work with. We stopped by the showroom last week after one of my friends recommended them to me. We were looking for some advice/guidance on carpet for our stairs and an estimate. We received an estimate SAME DAY! In less than a week install was completed by their install team and we couldn’t be happier. The installers were friendly, professional, and on time! I have been waiting to review for almost a year to make sure I was happy, and I will keep it short and to the point. I am very Happy with our tile floor. I love walking on it I love how it looks, feels, everything. I thought I would have immediate buyer remorse just because of the price (tile expensive no matter where you go)... nope, love it. I felt like what we got was great quality for a very competitive price.

Richy was the sales consultant and did an exceptional job matching the hardwood in our house. The install crew was excellent. They found an issue where the subfloor was raised and were able to fix the issue and ensure we didn’t need to install a raised threshold. The crew also made sure the rooms were spotless before they left. I’d highly recommend Alan’s Flooring, Richy and the install crew.

Alan's flooring team is perfect. From estimate to installation, they were very on time and helped to meet my budget. After installation, we had a bit of problems on the floor, but they fixed it immediately. The carpets look good as well. Lvp floors look very good too. Alan's flooring were very nice to deal with. You can tell they are a family owned business. They were very knowledgeable and nice throughout the entire process. The LVP looks beautiful in our basement. They did a wonderful job connecting the carpet to the new flooring. I was able to bring samples home to see what would best match the staircase. We did all of this in the middle of a pandemic due to water damage.

I would recommend Alan's Flooring over and over again. We recently moved to Forsyth county and they are the first and only company we've dealt with during our remodel (out of 4 other companies) that was great from start to finish. The price, communication, workmanship, etc was incredible.

Alan's Flooring has a spectacular team! We decided to upgrade our carpet and padding upstairs in addition to replacing baseboards that were destroyed. From my first conversations with Brandon and Gaby, I knew I was in good hands. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and will do what it takes to get the job done right. Communication is key in any business and they are on top of it and extremely responsive and willing to work with you. I went through 4 estimates and the carpet and labor costs were much lower though Alan's. This is a family owned business and they understand how to keep customers coming back. Alan's flooring did my flooring for the whole house! Originally I was only planning on getting my hardwood floors put in but I was so impressed that I finished my vinyl, bathroom tiles, backsplash, AND my carpet done by them. They not only have the best prices but also have unmatched customer service (if you aren't satisfied with their work). Jesus and his dedication to making sure the work gets done on time and customer satisfaction is unbelievable. This is a family run business and working with Alan's flooring made me feel like I was part of their family too.

Just purchased this Dream Weaver - Malibu 3740 carpet from them and installation. It's going to look good and give a nice contrast with the wall colors.
On 1-16-21 Their crew installed the new carpet and it looks great. They do good work and we're really happy with the price and installation.

Alan's flooring replaced our hardwood floors damaged by a water leak. The crew did a great job. The old floor was glued down and only 15 months old so it was very hard to remove.
Would highly recommend.

I shared some ideas for what we were interested in and within a couple days a representative came to our home, confirmed the room's measurements, and shared samples with us. We had a great experience at Alan’s Flooring. We went to multiple stores to get quotes for carpet. The carpet we ultimately chose was double the price at another store.

Just had our upstairs carpet replaced with LVP and we are so glad we used Alan’s Flooring for the job! Everyone was very helpful, attentive, courteous and patient in every step of the process from initial selection of the flooring to design recommendations to the actual work that was completed. They even came back immediately the next day after work was completed to fix minor items with the crown molding! Highly recommend using Alan’s for all your flooring needs!
