Love these folks, they really do take care of their insured, but Lucy and her staff take extra special care in trying to help you. Because the economy was a little dicey, our rate had gone up with our previous insurer. I reached out to Nolan Group and they were friendly, knowledgeable and super patient with us while trying to save us money where they could. Lucy spent over 45 minutes on the phone with my wife going over options. She answered all of our questions and quoted us for bundle options to save us even more money. We are so impressed by the Nolan Group office and staff. They really do take care of their clients and I urge those who appreciate good people and good service to consider this office for all your insurance services and needs. When I’ve had life changes (new car, marriage, new house, etc) she’s been great about getting all she needs to know about the situation and presents me with insurance options that best meets my needs, and with great rates! Choosing a weed control-prevention service can be arduous because there are sooo many companies. However, Weedman through their rep. Carrie Smith answered all of my questions. She gave me plenty of time to think before she followed up, and she wasn’t overbearing with the calls/texts. I met Walker Nolan a few years back at a professional forum and we exchanged cards. When I was elected President of my Condo Assoc., I thought the incumbent insurance was excessive and gave the Nolan Agency a call. They produced not only one but two solid renewal quotes and the Board accepted the best program. I'm told condo association insurance can be hard coverage to place, but the Nolan folks came through. Our Association was very pleased with the premium savings, better coverages and the continuous good service. Any Condo Associations out there -- give the Nolan Agency an opportunity.
