My daughter was born 12 weeks premature which caused us to be fairly picky when it came to choosing a pediatrician to provide exceptional care for our daughters circumstances. Dr. Bleekrode and staff have been amazing to say the least! The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly and always go above and beyond when it comes to authorizing treatments with our insurance or fitting us in for emergency visits. The nurses are so kind and personable and seem genuinely happy to see my daughter. Dr. Bleekrode is always very informative and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I never feel in the dark or leave with unanswered questions and I love how Dr. Bleekrode has never made me feel rushed during an exam. I have recommended a couple of my friends to this office, all of which have been extremely pleased!

Dr. Bleekrode is so knowledgeable and helpful. She gives sleeping, behavior and eating advice at all the well check-ups. She has us helped with simple, easy-to-implement techniques to get my children to sleep through the night. She has 8 children of her own, so this isn't her first rodeo. All of the staff are super sweet and helpful. The nurses are very professional and amazing at their job. I highly recommend Alpharetta Pediatrics.

Love the staff. They are always so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that they are very vaccine friendly. So if you decide on not vaccinating they will not pressure you or anything. That was really important to me. I love that they have a holistic nurse on staff as well. We love them and wouldn't want to take our daughter anywhere else.

Bit of a mixed bag thus far.

Overall our visits have gone well, so A+ on that front.

The admin side of the house has been different.

In a recent visit Dr. Bleekrode referred us to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta for a physical therapy consult.

We are currently going into week 8 of trying to get the doctor's office to send over a valid referral to CHOA.

Thus far they've faxed the referral to the wrong number, filled out the wrong therapy type, and sent over a referral that wasn't signed by the doctor.

Most recently they sent over a referral in which our son's name appeared to be misspelled due to poor handwriting, and they somehow neglected to select the type of therapy that my son is being referred for.

So 2 months after being told we need to see a specialist, we still aren't able to schedule the appointment.

I understand that mistakes happen, but we are moving into the realm of unacceptable.
