Alpharetta Pediatrics

My son has been seeing providers here since he was born, 2 years ago. They are amazing. ANYTIME I have an issue, they get back to me faster than any doctor I have ever had. They genuinely care about the children they treat. And they have endless patience for a first time mom like me. And on the very rare occasion, he cannot be seen there. They give us incredible advice on how to eat a care for him at home, or where to go for treatment.

Dr. Stokes and her staff is amazing. Both office locations are great. So glad we finally found an amazing pediatrician who listens and cares :)

We have really liked this pediatrician. Dr. Laura Bleekroad and her staff are very knowledgeable, kind, informative and take action when needed with illnesses or medical situations. If I have questions or concerns, I can bring it up to them and they don’t make me feel stupid and most importantly they are not pushy- they are informative. I really value not being pushed around by medical practices/professionals like I have been over the past 3 years. Hence the reason I found this practice over a year ago, which I am very grateful for.

I won’t be taking my children anywhere else for treatments or check ups.

We absolutely love Faith. She made my children and myself feel most at home! I had many questions and she took all the time for us. I highly recommend this office for anyone who has questions and does not want to feel pressured into doing something because they are “suppose to”. I give more than 5 stars if I could!

The new nurse practitioner, Faith is fantastic! I am so excited she is a part of the practice! I was bummed when Deon left. Soo excited to have her. The front office is wonderful. Love Sarah. The nurse is great too. Highly recommend!!

We love this office! They have been very thorough and respectful. Dr. Bleekrode is a wealth of knowledge.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. My children receive outstanding attention and the staff and doctors are superb.

The doctors and nurses are absolutely wonderful, but the office staff is not. They never answer when I call, and never bothered to return an email for an appointment I sent on 3/7 since no one answered the phone. I needed to schedule a sports physical as well as regular check up. I wish it was just this time but it’s EVERY time I call. Time to find a new pediatrician which is a bummer. I really liked the doctors.

The staff here are friendly & nice. A decent practice if your pockets are deep. We won’t be back however, I don’t like practices taking advantage of how are health care system is. Just received a $215 bill for a max 5-10 minute app for my sick daughter. We have insurance but still have to cover $140 of it. She was weighed, temp taken and given visual exam from the nurse practitioner. No saliva test nor blood work done nothing but the norm protocol of a regular checkup.

We used to love this practice but they have now outgrown their love for our children. With Faith leaving we are looking for a new pediatrician. Dr Bleekrode has been decent over the years, but they are now too hard to get an appointment with or work with parents to find solutions. Third time in as many months that my kids are sitting in discomfort while they aren’t able to accommodate.

Went to their office today and had my two sons scheduled for Hep B vaccines. After getting them done and leaving the office, I received a phone call informing me that they had accidentally given them Hep A instead. My 4 year old was given an extra Hep A vaccine that he didn’t need and only 4 months since his last one. They assure me he’ll be fine, and that humans make mistakes. I understand no one is perfect, but when dealing with children you need to triple check before you put anything into their systems. Human error is unacceptable for something so important. I love Dr. Bleekrode but it’s terrifying that the nurse let this happen.

I have never been treated more rudely by the staff and pediatrician. Please do not take your precious babies to these heartless people. I would give them -0 rating if I could.
