Professional and respectful from the moment I spoke on the phone with the receptionist to the interaction with their technician on site. Their senior field technician, Benjamin, was incredibly professional and patient with every inquiry I had about my septic tank and the work performed by him and his crew. He made sure to ask me before performing any work and was very helpful with his suggestions. They have gained a customer for life.

At first I was a little worried about this company it's a long story with a bunch of phone calls. Finally got a hold of Benjamin the tech that was supposed to come and pump my backed up tank. This is my first septic system. So after talking with him for about 5 mins he asked if anyone asked if I checked the filter. I told him not they didn't. He said after reading my report he bets it's the filter. Told me to try and pull that first and then let him know. Well after making a pole with a hook to pull the filter total cost $14.55 I could hear the rush of water. Benjamin just saved me over $1000 with a simple phone call. That man is a blessing. Master rooter is Lucky to have a man like that in their staff.

I can't say enough good things about the people here at M.R. First on Saturday, Justin came out and told us the damage. The tank was overloaded and needed the works. It seemed like a financial uphill battle, but he said we could apply for a loan. The office staff sent the info to apply. We got the financing, both Justin and Jessica called to let us know. Ethan and the credit company called to finalize the funding and on Monday, we were poo-free and very happy. This company stayed with us throughout the entire process with keeping us in the loop. They went above and beyond! We will definitely be using them again when we need to repump the septic tank. (Unless Winder decides to finally use our tax money to bring sewer to the sticks) Thank you, Master Rooter and your entire staff. We're dedicating our first load of laundry to you!!!

Justin and his amazing ‘younger’ version provided us the most professional service during such a difficult time. They arrived in the evening and stayed past midnight (in the cold) until the job was completed. We are all so Thankful 🙏 for them and glad to have met them that night. Being a homeowner can make you feel really vulnerable sometimes. As systems fail and maintenance is required, if you aren’t a plumber, electrician, carpenter, or in anyway handy, you are often at the whim of others. That’s how I felt dealing with the plumbing issue that prompted my initial call to Master Rooter. They were my second call. The first business I called did some work then left us with an astronomical quote after not delivering on all their promises. I called Master Rooter and spoke with Ethan. He was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I felt understood and not at all patronized. AJ & AJ arrived at our home on time. They were pleasant, patient, and industrious. We thought we were on a septic system. They informed us we weren’t and fully explained what they were going to do and why. They dug out and replaced a broken clean out drain pipe. Afterwards, they did a great job of stamping down the upturned earth. The pricing for this work was much less than the other company quoted. I would call Master Rooter again if needed and recommend them to others.

Wow. Awesome company.

I had been using Bishop-Thiem, which was taken over by Wind River Environmental. But they wanted to charge $300 just to show up the same day, and then $800 to pump the "overfilled" tank. Master Rooter here had NO same-day service charge and would charge half as much to pump an OVERFILLED tank. Just 1/4 of that to do regular pumping.

But when they got here, the problem was the same exact issue as before. The tank was NOT overfilled - not by far. We had roots growing into the feed pipe and the baffle-T, blocking solid waste from entering the tank. We paid more than we had planned on, but the guy dug up the *entire* tank, removed all roots from in and around it, extended the feed pipe away from the root growth and replaced the baffle-T on it, and even extended the pipe that ran out the other side to the pump and replaced that battle-T as well. He also removed the stump of a tree we had cut down to help stop roots from growing into the system. The stump may have still had live roots that were causing the problems, but he dug it up for us to stop the issue. Three hours of work, and we hardly paid more than the other company wanted to charge. Not to mention the other company had put the lid on upside-down the last time they were out here! I'm so glad they were a sponsored ad on Google or I never would have known of their great service!

Benjamin and Dylan were both very helpful. They drove out twice during the time window due to my error. Tank location was unknown and they went above and beyond to find it. Tank needed a lot more than a pumping. Benjamin was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process. Previous people living in home had apparently flushed a ton of baby wipes so it was in rough shape. Dylan got it all cleaned out and hopefully won't need this much service again, but if I do I will definitely be calling Master Rooter again.

If anyone in the Greater Atlanta area is having septic issues of any kind, please do yourself a favor and reach out to Ethan. He is a legitimate expert when it comes to septic tank installation and service, and was able to work with me via phone to diagnose exactly what was going on. Ethan went FAR above and beyond what a normal contractor would have done - and he honeslty saved us thousands and thousands of dollars. Call Ethen first before you go anywhere else. You won't regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about Master Rooter! I had an emergency situation and Vini was sent to my home and he was professional, kind and confident in the work he does! He was here all day which wasn’t planned but he took the job on with no question. Ethan was amazing to work with as well he got me on the books last minute and made this whole process a wonderful one and cannot thank Ethan and Vini enough!!

Not knowing much about septic and sewage, I wanted the best in the industry on the job for this massive estate we’re in the process of renovating. Master rooter sent two of their finest technicians to service the septic system on the estate, and through a thorough inspection, identified that we had not only one massive 1500 gallon, but two, and that they were both full to the brim.

The service technicians, Benjamin and Dylan were more than helpful, and clearly have had years of experience in the industry because they were able to accomplish so much in a days work. So appreciative for you guys, and we will definitely be doing more business with you in the immediate future.

Ethan was extremely professional, had great rates, and did fantastic work on our septic system.

When the time came for other unrelated septic work, Ethan was honest with me on what actually needed to be done and what did not, saving me thousands of dollars. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Benjamin and Tyler couldn’t possibly be a better team and more knowledgeable about the Septic issues we had and resolutions for it. The photo is the pipe that was clogged. They installed new pipe, filter and raise caps. They emptied and cleaned it as well as put everything back even better thn before. They had a huge job, as the tank was underneath cables and conduit pipes, not to mention several huge rocks. They handled everything perfectly. They answered any questions, were professional and very personable. We will be asking for them specifically with any further issues. Highly recommend this company, and this team!

Customer service was very respectful and personable. She was able to get some technicians out same day. Justin and Caleb were great. Very nice, thorough, helped us understand the problem, solution and future maintenance to prolong another visit and they were very professional. They documented and took pictures along the way to show me what was done and point out key parts of our system and issue. I’m so glad to have peace of mind after their visit. Great company to do business with!
