I have only the best things to say about Dr Montes and her practice. She is not only a skilled and accomplished professional but she has a straight forward way to help you understand your needs without feeling pressured. She recommends what you need to consider for your own good. And every person who works there is another plus from her hygienists to her office staff. I am from Chicago and am grateful to find such a good periodontal practice!

Dr. Montes is THE BEST. I’ve been seeing her for at least 18 years, she is so meticulous and doesn’t miss anything. Kathy, one of her many talented hygienists cleaned my teeth today and she was excellent as well. The office is very nice and clean as well as conveniently located for me at GA400 and exit 15.

Dr. Montes and her office staff are excellent and professional in dental services. Dr. Montes is able to perform advanced dental surgery and treatment. Her staff are detail oriented and care patients very much.

My 1st visit was marvelous. Efficient, thorough and totally helpful. I have had severe periodontal disease for over 40 years and know when I am getting good and effective service. DR Montes and her staff are at the top.

Unlike other practices I have encountered in the past that prioritize sales over patient well-being, I never feel pressured into unnecessary services. I had my first cleaning with Kathleen today, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Kathleen is very skilled at her work, takes care in making sure that all concerns are addressed, promotes confidence in the patient and was very comfortable to be around. I feel like I made a new friend today! 😌

I am a bit skidish at the thought of dentists. From the moment I arrived at my appointment the staff helped me feel very comfortable and at ease. Everyone in the office was concerned and interested in making the visit stress free as possible. Dr Montes and staff are 5 stars for sure.

Dr. Montes and Margaret are great at taking care of their patients. They educate and provide great explanations for dental care. The staff are all very friendly as well.

I recently visited Montes Periodontics and I was very impressed with the care I received. Dr. Montes was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my concerns. She asked the right questions to get to the root of the problem, and she conducted the necessary tests to make sure she had a clear understanding of my situation.

I appreciated that Dr. Montes was not just interested in treating the symptoms of my problem. She was also interested in finding the underlying cause, so that she could recommend the best course of treatment. I felt like she was really listening to me, and she took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand.

I also appreciated that Dr. Montes was willing to advise me on how to improve my overall health. She suggested that I ingest less chemicals in my body, and she gave me some tips on how to do that. I feel much more comfortable with the way I was seen at Montes Periodontics, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I have been with Dr. Montes for about three years. After shopping around for months, I was lucky enough to find her office and was immediately convinced of her professionalism and expertise. She is an amazing doctor who is very trustworthy and highly talented.

Needing a periodontist isn't a fun time, but I wouldn't want to be with anyone else on this tough road. If you need help, she is a great resource and I can't recommend/praise her enough.

Her staff and hygienists are also exceptional.

I had been away from this area and moved back recently. Always had the best cleaning in my life on my teeth previously and was thrilled to be back associated with Montes Periodontics. Will always go back for future appointments. Would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Such a great experience! Loved Kathleen and Dr. Montes. They have the expertise and personality to make you want to come back again. I don’t recall EVER saying that about a dental practice!

The team at Montes Periodontics is first class all the way!! With my comfort and care first in mind, they approached each step with unmatched professionalism and compassion. Despite my anxiety over the upcoming procedure, Dr Montes and her staff took care of me confidently but calmly while attending to every detail. It’s been 3 years since I submitted this first review. I am happy to share 3 years later that the outstanding level of care I experienced on my first visit has not changed. This dental practice continues to be the BEST!

I recently had a cleaning and checkup at Montes Periodontal. The staff was friendly, professional and very thorough as usual. I highly recommend them for any periodontal work you may need. They work in conjunction with my regular dentist sharing information which is very beneficial.

Dr Montes is a phenomenal Periodontist. After visiting several, she was the most thorough and informative. She explained in detail her recommended treatment plan which was less invasive than the other periodontist’s I consulted. She and her staff executed the treatment plan extremely well and I’m enjoying increased gum health. I’ve even referred a new patient to her.

First visit and highly impressed and satisfied with this experience. I will be returning to this practice. Cozy Senior

Dr Montes has the most amazing staff! Dr Montes is very friendly and knowledgeable. She took a lot of time with me today to explain what is happening with my teeth and gums and answer questions. She’s come up with a plan. I highly recommend her! I am so glad I chose to make an appointment with her.

I was referred to Montes Periodontics and my experience was very pleasant. Dr. Montes was excellent and very detail oriented, also patiently answered all of my questions. She is definitely an expert at what she does. The hygienist was super nice and made me feel comfortable. Staff at the front desk was super helpful and went over clearly on the plan/procedure cost etc., I would definitely refer my friends to this place.
