They helped us get the Grimace shake after the other McDonalds f'ed us over and refused to refund us. Manager was nice and cashier did us right. Thank you.

The personnel were professional.
My food was hot and the order was accurate. The asst. Mgr worked well with customers and employees professionally.

Quick, eat, convenient location. Did an online order, no problem what do ever. And service was great. Right off 306 and GA400, a good quick bite to eat for if your in a hurry or just for the kids. Either way you'll love it.. sounds like a commercial, sorry. They didn't pay me for this

food was very fresh, the customer service is good, would be worth going out of your way a little bit for a bite to eat

Never thought I'd give a fast food restaurant a 5-star rating but I really have no complaints. Staying to become a regular here. The prices are really good as are all the deals on the app. Between deals and surveys from coupons you can always get more for your money. And the manager who is usually there does a great job of keeping the store running at a high level.

Went throught thr drive thru and they got us in n out lickety split not problems whatsoever. I got a McChicken and it was fresh and warm and the fries were very tasty too. Absolutely no problems whatsoever, will be coming back again

If you are not using the new McDonald's app you are missing out. They constantly throw free food deals added and your points at up really quick. Like I get a quarter pounder a week out of it for free.
As far as the quality this store is just like every other one food is very consistent help is average to a little above. They have some consistent folks who've been there for years who are bulletproof but then you get some new hires you just don't get it. Fair warning that they have a double drive-thru and you take the right hand lane at your own risk. They very frequently just ignore that one for some reason I think they get confused on who's doing it. I've had situations where I was the third one back on the left lane and I'd seen some guy roll up to the right lane and he would still be sitting there waiting after the three people in front of me had ordered and it was my turn.
One thing to look at is the McCafe beverages. If you get a sugar-free vanilla latte and add three caramel syrup to it and three Splenda you can't tell it from Starbucks. And the app essentially gives you a free breakfast coffee beverage including that one with any order pretty much every day of the week. I don't know why everybody isn't using this app

I rarely eat fast food anymore, but I'd been working late in the yard and was exhausted. Too tired and worn out to cook or make something, I decided to get something quick and easy.
Being late reduced my choices to some extent, but I was pleasantly surprised that McDonald's was still open. You never know anymore - there are too many excuses: COVID19, labor shortage, and the global supply chain.
Anyway, I got two cheeseburgers, fries, and a chicken sandwich. I also tried the frozen coca-cola which apparently was a recent menu item. The meal was awesome, tasty, and filling. I would recommend it to a friend.

Staff is great. They greet you with a smile and are very courteous. They always give fast service and the food is fresh. The store manager Erica is always attentive to all of her customer needs. We couldn't ask for more when we visit.

The lady that took the phone call was very helpful and friendly. She offered great alternatives to what I was looking for.

1st time I see flowers in McDonald's, place is clean too

The Place was clean, the staff was friendly but the only issue was they forgot to give me my receipt. Besides that, the place is very good for having lunch, they are keeping safe distance and also what I liked the most is that they don't discriminate for hiring people. Congratulations for that McDonald's!

One of the best we have been to in a while...still has playground for children..food hot and as we requested...fountain drinks still open making it convenient to get our refills...

The maturity of this staff is like none other I've seen from their age group in over a decade. I'm a McDonald's veteran and it pleases me to say this location has found great leaders and emergent leaders in Tyler (manager), Tyler staff member and his sister Miracle. I hope they are being paid adequately for the assets they are. They were courteous, displayed tremendous team work and we're genuinely interested in putting forth excellence in everything they did.
Miracle should be in your MIT program if she's not already, she's got the stuff! Tyler will make a great GM one day if he continues to stay level headed and genuine in customer dealings. Well done Erika, well done. It seems you know how to hire RIGHT and that is the key to successful business. Knowing you can trust the people you hire to run it to your standards. Wow!

Love the small hook on the door that allows you to enter without touching any surface. Great initiative.

Was after dark and almost missed the entrance on Hwy.20 since the entrance light was not on. We have been there several times before & this light has not been on but in the rain it was even harder to SEE the ENTRANCE!😥
THE FOOD WAS UP TO PAR AND OUR DOG ENJOYED HIS HAMBURGERS ALSO 🐶 HA HA!!!

Typical McDonald's, but cleaner, friendlier, and recently remodeled. Were out of soap,towels and had sanitizer in mens bathroom, and at several stations. Made them aware of this, and they said they will fix it. If they don't, I will change my review

They are always so friendly and make the half and half tea perfectly 🥰
