Came to view Hardwood stains and finishes. Amy was super helpful. She had a consultative approach to assisting me with finding a few color options based on the look I was going for. She helped me take into consideration the current wood type, the existing natural light in the space and furniture.

Had a paint that I tried to get Home Depot to Match multiple times and they could just not do it. Reluctantly came here to see if they could do better. They got a perfect match on the first try. The staff was also extremely nice and helpful. The prices might be a little higher than some other stores but I feel in this case you get what you pay for. Will definitely be coming here for all my paint needs from now on.

Incredible paint! Worth every penny of the price. The sales people were friendly & knowledgeable. They were even able to look up the exact formula of a colour from Behr in their computer & blend it for me. I’ll never use another brand & I was a loyal Behr customer until now!

The Sherwin-Williams in Duluth made it so easy to make choices for redecorating my grandson's room. The young man that helped me was knowledgeable, polite, and thoughtful. The shopping experience was quick and efficient . The store was extremely clean and sanitizers available. I highly recommend them.

I love Sherwin Williams paint, and I love this location. The employees are amazing to work with. They are helpful and willingly answer questions, and they always carry my paint to the car. I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service I receive at this location!

James was incredibly helpful. I brought a sample paint color in to see if he could match it. He spent an hour adjusting the color until it matched perfectly! Customer service above and beyond my expectations!

John the manager is exceptional. Leads thru ppl ersonal example on how to care and serve customers, both big and small. The staff is always friendly, willing to help, and we'll trained and educated on all SW products. We are loyal and will pass a number of stores to shop at this store.
