Efficient, cheerful, highly competent and physically energetic. Only when I needed to go to a different UPS store (in another city) did I realize how lucky we are to have this crew here.

This store is always clean. They associates are nice and helpful. They always greet you and it’s easy and quick to get things done.

I'd like to recognize this store for it's amazing service. During my trips to Publix, i find it convenient to drop off my amazon returns here. The staff are always helpful and efficient. I was stuck when my bank stopped offering notary and they were there to help, good job.

Sonny and his team run this place like a Chick-fil-A. They are friendly, efficient and very good at what they do. The customer service keeps me coming back here time and again for all of my shipping and printing needs.

Employees here are always always always very polite, helpful, and caring. Of course fast too. I hate mailing things. It can be confusing but they’re patient.

Owner/general manager? I’m not sure what he does but you’ll know who I’m talking about. He is fast, also polite and cares very much about his business.

Sunny is the best! Honestly the whole staff here is amazing. There's a UPS store closer to where I live and due to garbage service there I purposely go here instead. The staff is so welcoming, from the simple things to remembering your name to genuinely caring about you and what you need to get done. I highly recommend doing your business here for the customer service alone. Sure there's probably other locations but in my experience none come close to the service provided here and it's why I will only ever ship from here.

Wow I am so happy to find out this gem near my place !!! Mr. Sunny and Ms. LYNN helped me with virtual searching for parcel to Australia willingfully last week, who were very friendly and so kind ! And I appreciate it. Besides to my surprise all staffs there try to help customers in very pleasant way, which was what I felt every time I visited this ups store. The best thing is I don't need to go to post office cuz I can do here !! Big thank to Sunny and all the staffs and love this place!!!

Courtesy friendly employees at this UPS location near Publix, although the place is busy most of the time, the employees will greet customers in lines. They provide professionally knowledgeable to help customers with their needs.

I really love dropping packages at this location. Some of the other nearby UPS stores are in really crowded shopping centers and a pain to get in and out of. Also at holiday season, they tend to be really crowded. It's always nice and easy to park at this location, and I rarely have to wait very long. And also I should mention the people there are very nice.

Best UPS store I have ever visited. Always staffed professionally with people that are pleasant and efficient. Have used them for a lot of shipping and also printing. Always a great experience!

Always have a good time when I come to pickup my mail. Staff is very flexible. For example, if there is a package, they are more than willing to squeeze it in the box-with my ok- so that I may pick it up after hours. Never had a problem. Sunny and Patricia are most entertaining.

This UPS Store location is great! Sunny & Bryan will always treat their customers with great care and I'm always confident that my mail and packages are in reliable, and capable hands with them. I would highly recommend everyone to do business with this location if you can...you won't regret it.

I came in last minute really close to closing time to print something urgent and experienced some tech issues. Despite all that, Patricia was all smiles and patient and helped me get through everything in a timely manner. I come here often for other needs, but they truly shined in dealing with me when I was in a bind even though I came so close to closing time. Thank you again Patricia!
