What's to say plenty of parking and the food was freshly prepared. Only one toilet which is a joint male/female if memory serves me right.

Drive thru has always been fast. My order is always right and my food is fresh and hot. All in all it's one of the best Wendy's around here.

I have saved some money by downloading their app. Good deals on a place I go anyway. I enjoy the food and they move the line pretty fast when it backs up.

I bought a kids meal and forgot my wallet so the manager gave me free meal thanks you so much for your wonderful service Lupita and Sara!

Very nice and patient man at the counter to take orders, understood everything and spoke very clearly. The food was amazing, fresh, clean chicken with no bad parts, great flavor and spice. The fry’s were on point, fresh, crispy, warm and perfectly salted. Major props to everyone working tonight.

I think these are the best chicken 🐔 nuggets in fast food.

Super easy to drive through when passing by, fast service, great prices on their biggie bag which includes drink and fries for $5 or less. I never dine in here so my recommendation is for the drive thru. Enjoy

One of the best Wendy's I've been to. Always fresh and great service. They hit a home run especially when traveling with my dog. Can you imagine asking for just meat to feed to the dog. They were so accommodating AND even thought to provide cutting utensils so I could cut it up for my dog. ❤❤❤ I come here often on my way to work. Always so polite.

This particular Wendy's location has the best, nicest employees who provide excellent customer service. Everything I have ever ordered from here comes exactly as ordered to the smallest detail. One night I placed an online order for a special they had going for 4 burgers & 4 medium fries. It was pretty close to closing, which I felt pretty bad about, but the employee that helped me when I got to the window was great. I guess I had ordered the fires with no salt by mistake when placing the order, & she was willing to make a whole new batch of fries just for me, even though they were about to close. Of course I told her that wouldn't be necessary, but I thought that was amazing customer service & that most places would just give you the fries with salt that were already made & not say anything, considering it being so late. If you're going to Wendy's I the area, I definitely recommend this one, you'll get exactly what you want, & the best customer service. There's no comparison between Wendy's, Burger King & McDonald's... Wendy's is by far the best fast food place for burgers & stuff like that 🍟🍔🍦🥤

I don't do this often at all, but my GF and I went to a fast food place. We wanted the spicy chicken filet sandwich which she could not recall having had before.
First thing you should know is that some Wendy's are closing really early. Like 10:00 or even earlier. We found this out the hard way a couple of days before.
This was also the first time I've been to this location. To be fair, I'm not sure this was open before I started Keto in early 2020 and for the first 12 months fast food was way, way out.
The sandwich was good and the fries were fresh and hot.
While this dinner was definitely NOT KETO, it was tasty and a nice cheat meal.
I would recommend this location to a friend and expect to visit again when a cheat meal makes sense.

Every time I have been at this location ,which is alot ,everyone has gone above and beyond on there customer service.My food and beverage orders have always been on point with no mistakes.It was around 10:50 when I just pulled through the drive thru. I forgot they quit breakfast so I proceeded to order my seasoned patatoes. They told me that they did not have any but said wait pull around. They gave me my seasoned taters. Ms.Manager I want you to know that you have a great team. You are doing a great job guys keep it up. I've worked in the fast food business so I know how tuff it can be.

Got two salads at 10pm-ish, so line was a little slow, which is to be expected and not the employees fault. Employees were super friendly and bright. They had to prepare a substitute because they ran out of grilled chicken. Pulled forward to wait for a little while, thought they had forgotten about us lol but they were actually making sure they got us the fresh salad. Super nice and thoughtful, props to them

I love this location and have only had one issue recently.

I stopped by Saturday evening 12-2-17 on my way home from work and my burger was charred and crispy in a way no Wendys has ever delivered to me before. I wasn’t given a receipt but I called the store and spoke to Tanya (sp?) who seemed genuinely embarrassed by the mistake and insisted on replacing my order for me without hesitation and without any prompting to do so from myself.

I will probably forget to even take her up on the offer since I won’t be in the area until Monday, but her quick and genuine response prompted me to leave my 5-Star rating.

As far as I’m concerned this was an unfortunate mishap, but Tanya totally made it right for me and I can’t hold this mistake against them because of how quick they were about correcting it. Customer service is a huge part of how I view a business, so thanks again for the great customer service!

It's fast food, but not fast food service. Very impressed. I don't expect much from Wendy's, but this location is different. The food was fresh and the staff is friendly.

Great service everytime. I'm moving and will miss this location. I know in the city details to food will not be so accurate as it is here
