Accordia Urgent Care & Family Practice

I had a wonderful experience when I needed care for a sinus infection. My wait time in both the waiting room and the exam room were very reasonable, especially for not having scheduled an appointment. Not to mention how great the service was. The staff provided excellent professional and courteous care, I really enjoyed how comfortable I felt discussing my symptoms with the NP who really listened to my concerns. The atmosphere is welcoming and it was nice to have drinks and snacks available while I waited. Thank you!!

The staff there is absolutely amazing. Nurse Stacy was so patient and kind to my daughter. She needed to clean my daughter’s ears before the technician could help. It took a while and she was so patient. The nurse practitioner was attentive and listened to her symptoms. This was my second time being there in 10 days with 2 kids and the staff was awesome. The facility was clean and they had snacks. I’ve been going her for at least 6 years and they are always so kind. Definitely recommend!

I personally had a very great experience at this establishment. The staff were extremely welcoming and inviting, although there was one staff member that stuck out in particular, FNP Chasity. With the way she spoke and handled things, you could tell she had been in the nursing field for quite some time, and was not a fake unlike others might have claimed. She was helpful and handled things like a true professional. This was a very great experience, improved by all the staff members.

Great staff. Have been here a couple of times and just the best people. So grateful for the last time, feeling horrible and the NP Megan took the time to listen/care about what i was telling her. Tech Yaz was sweet and also the lady at the front desk. Just great service.

The staff there were great. But the NP Chasity Fraley was so wonderful. She was very patient and concerned and caring. I was already a bit nervous going to doctors because all of them were rude or either didn’t care about my problems but Chasity did. I will definitely recommend going to Accordia and also when Chasity is there.

I can personally recall a very positive experience here. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and I was seen in a timely manner. All questions and concerns regarding my health were answered and accounted for. Definitely an amazing practice!

I love it here for all of my primary and urgent care needs. The staff is so nice, understanding, and really listens to my concerns. I would recommend Accordia to anyone!! They really make me feel welcomed and at home.

This place has revived my faith in medical professionals!I have been sick for over 6 months and had developed a severe cough and my body was fighting some type of infection from my immune system being down. I had been to a specialist and to the ER and was left with alot of money spent and owed( did I mention I'm self pay) and no meds or diagnosis and especially no compassion or care. When I came to Accordia I was skeptical and accepted the fact that I would never feel better and these people would see I was self pay and immediately dismiss me. I have never been happier to be wrong! My doctor took time with me and sat down with me and listen to me and ask questions and made me feel like I mattered! I was against having any labs/test since I already had them at the other places and she still gave me the medications i desperately needed. She even showed me an app that i could use to see where i could get these medications at the cheapest price. As i said an amazing experience!The best part was when I was leaving and she walked me out and she said ,"when you feel better...." that statement was everything to me,I had accepted that I would never feel better and she gave me hope for a healthier future. Still on the mend but what she did for me mentally and spiritually I could never repay. If you are looking for quality care,compassion and help for anything medically wrong this place is the place to go!so thankful!

I personally hate going to the doctors office for anything, but I love accordia. Mrs.Katelyn and Mrs.Stacy took great of me as always. Mrs.Stacy will you give you the best and easiest shot. I hate shots with everything in me, but they did a wonderful job. I was in and out and on with my day.

Love this place. Been going there for 5yrs now and ALWAYS have had a great experience from the providers, nursing staff, and front desk. The blonde haired lady at the front desk always greets me with a smile and always let's me use the bathroom if I ask. Nursing staff are always very warm and caring. Very good with needles! The providers are amazing and always give great referrals if needed.

This place is great . (Warner Robins office ) The staff is amazing . Very cordial , gentle , soft spoken and highly capable . They have diagnosed correctly and treated me accordingly everytime I've been in . I have decided to make them my Primary Care Provider since they are also a family practice . ALWAYS in and out . Glad I could find a great PCP that's not far of a drive . (I'm in Perry) . Doesn't hurt that they're also open 7 days a week . What other PCP is open for appts or walk-ins 7 days a week ? Try em , you won't regret it !

I needed a chest X-ray for an employment opportunity, and Accordia saved the day. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful - Brian and Candice in particular really went out of their way to help me out. I can't recommend this office enough! Thanks so much!

Very convenient for me because I drive a truck for a living and I never know where I’m going to be from one day to the next. It’s hard to commit to an appointment because anything can go wrong between point A and point B. But after giving a target date for a return visit, I just show up give a day or 2, or even a week or 2, and walk right in. If I run low on meds, I just call in and can get a refill anywhere in the country. The staff are great people, friendly, cordial and go out of their way to make my visit pleasant. They are very knowledgeable of my needs. I’ve been coming here for 3 years now.

Had to get a last minute surgical clearance for wisdom teeth removal. Went to two other places (Apple and care connect) and was told it would take WEEKs or turned away. What a mess. Accordia stepped up, stepped in and helped me get everything arranged SAME DAY! Helped with communication between doctors and made everything seamless. Definitely recommend!

One of the BEST experiences that I've had in professional health care! Every one in the staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable if there was ever a question. The Nursing staff and doctors stayed up to date with new trending technology and practices, they helped diagnose me with an issue that everyone else said I was to young to have or that it was not really a true medical problem. This was almost 3 years ago when this happened, now its becoming common practice. I have nothing but great things and experiences to say about this place! I would recommend to any one

Third time I have used Accordia here an Vidalia. Absolutely perfect from start to finish. In an out as quick as traffic permits.
They Listen To You!! They tailor prescriptions for your needs.
From out of town but endure problem a day
or two to get to Accotdia. Went to Publix for prescriptions. Insurance wanted one brand name, instead Generic, Publix called Accordia and it was straighten out in minits.
Publix forwarded to my hometown store to get other prescription Mon.
Wish there was Accordia close to home but I will grimace a day or so if I can make
it to Warner Robbins

I went to Accordia on Russel pkwy Monday was horrible sick with sinus and congestion . I tested positive for COVID . I went back today very sick from medicine and nausea . They got me in and Brian was great with my iv meds and the dr was very good and got me meds to get at pharmacy . I am feeling better and love my Accordia as I have been going there for years when bade is not available . Thanks everyone

I went to Accordia Urgent Care yesterday because my daughter was not feeling well.. The expertise and care shown by the staff there was well beyond the 5 stars given. I had to go back today for a follow up and even though there was a wait, the staff was very professional and kept me abreast of what was going on. You CANNOT find a more suitable and caring staff than those at Accordia Urgent Care, Warner Robins!

We are a military family and were referred by Tricare Prime to this clinic. It is all too often that we call the base to be seen the same day, only to be denied an appt b/c they have nothing available. This has happened to us quite a few time and usually we go to the Pavilion b/c it is closer to our house, but the wait it usually a couple of hours. This is a very nice clinic: new, clean and the staff is amazing. The wait time has been very minimal both times we have attended and the doctor was very pleasant. We are so happy with this clinic that may choose them for our primary doctor.
