Neighborhoods are quiet, house floor plans are nice and it's not far from BX, Commissary, or work. What more could you ask for? I was a little hesitant staying on base, but once I seen the traffic trying to get on in the mornings and the options for housing out in town, I know I made the right decision!!

The neighborhoods are always clean and kept nice looking. The maintenance personnel are friendly, courteous and prompt. So far the best experience in any housing since being in the military.

I've had no issues since we've lived here. Neighbors and staff are all friendly and its a wonderful environment if you have children.

Great staff. Quiet. Good old updated buildings where we live. Appliances old and troublesome. Slowly replacing. Great maintenance staff.
