Scott is always the guy that comes out to do my home. He’s been awesome! He makes sure to always let me know he’s on his way and openly communicates with me over text. When he comes he says hi to my pups and is always super friendly on a professional level. I sincerely appreciate all that he does when he comes out and he always takes the time to talk to me about what he sees and how the products work. Highly recommend him!

Me and my husband bought our first home a couple weeks ago, upon moving in we realized we had rodents in our walls. We were recommended The Bug House and I can say I was beyond pleased. Ricky was very informative and helpful. His customer service was awesome and I would totally recommend them to anyone. They’re prices are great as well! My wife and I own a few different properties in Athens. We use Bughouse for all of them. They have always been prompt and their response. This Sunday was no exception. At one of our properties that we used for an Airbnb, there was an ant infestation. We had a guest arriving at 4 PM Sunday afternoon and needed help. Buddy Bufford (the Regional Manager) came out himself on his day off to help us. Cannot recommend this company enough. My wife and I are deeply grateful for Buddy and the Bughouse team.

My wife and I got a termite bond with Bug House as part of buying our home. Soon after we moved in, we signed up for the quarterly service with them. Now, after an excellent experience for the last year, we've gone with their Defender package. We could not be more pleased at this time. They are nice, dedicated, and have solved some problems that popped up over the first year of owning our home (it's a 40 year old house with LOTS of trees around – bugs are a given, but we needed to make it harder for them).
