I had a great experience with Nicole Johnson today. I called with an urgent need for new auto and renter's insurance and she came through with a much better rate than I'd been quoted from another company. She has a very calm demeanor and was great at explaining my options to me for coverage. If you are looking for auto or renter's coverage, I'd definitely recommend Nicole and Direct Auto Insurance.

It's been a while since I seen very good customer service. I had the pleasure of having Nicole as my agent and she was very good. She was patient, kind, understanding and she explained very well. It's a blessing to know that good customer service is still out there. Thank you very much Nicole.

I have been with direct auto for over 10 years now. And insurance rates has went sky high in Georgia . to the point i thought that it was Direct just raising my insurance so I was ready to leave them . But after looking around in seeing that they really have the most affordable insurance right now for me. But I would’ve never found that out if I didn’t speak to agent name Ms. Nickole Johnson she seen I was very frustrated in wasn’t happy with my new rate. That she took her time to help me find a solution that was affordable .she did such a awesome job by going that extra mile to get the lowest rate possible for me . I went into the office last week and was greeted with the most cheerful welcome from Miss Nicole. She was so very pleasant and made it easy to understand the auto insurance world. I was looking for a cheaper rate from Progressive and Nicole will be saving me $78 a month. Not to mention I also have a $10,000 term life insurance policy. Something I didn't really think about needing before, but Nicole made me realize the importance of such. I will be returning to start my policy after my current policy expires. See ya soon Nicole.
