Jonathan Williams: Allstate Insurance

I've been with Allstate for over 40 years. I won't switch for two simple reasons: 1) Their local agencies and 2) their rates can be as customizable as competitors. Every time I call the Jonathan Williams Agency, I get a live person in short order. They treat me like a valued customer. They help me through complex situations. For car or homeowners insurance, they handle my claims fairly, promptly, and keep me informed. They show me how to save money. Recently they refunded $197.00 when I signed up for their app. Coverage is outstanding and they never, ever suggest they would drop me because of a claim like one company did many years ago. Why switch? They are the best!

I called him thinking he was my agent. But unfortunatly he wasnt. He stayed on the phone for 20 minutes locating my agent which was in albany these guy are so helpful he saved me a lot of trouble

Through all the many constant difficult times I've been going through,your employees have been so kind and understanding. They truly did the most they could to help me. I've been with All State since I turned 16 I'm now 58 Never had a problem at all with them great people that work for them. Any questions they will help you with don't mind staying on the phone with you. Helping you.never had a problem with accidents. Deers love my car for some reason..

Jonathan knows his stuff. Always looking for the best ways to lower your rates. Highly recommended going by. Go ask for Cory or Jonathan! Both guys will take care of you!

All I can say is that I always have the best experiences with him and the people that work for them. They are very helpful, polite and always do what they say they are going to do. I have my homeowners and car insurance with them and my only regret is that I didn't change to him sooner.
