Robert Mullin, was wonderful!! My outlet caught on fire this morning. I had to call the fire department out to our house twice.After the second time I called Call Keep Smiling. They had Robert out in no time. He really knows his stuff. Everything works perfectly now. If ever in need again. That is a phone call I will not hesitate to make.

We just purchased our first home, and there were a few things that needed done before we moved in.

James H took care of our plumbing needs; explaining the hows and whys of everything. He even found a few things that needed fixing our very detailed inspector missed. He went above and beyond to replace our old hot water heater (and teach me about what is different and better,) and fix the other plumbing issues, and had a smile on his face the whole day.

Isaac A was our electrician, and he was also amazing!! He did a fantastic job with his task list, and found some really important things that needed to be addressed we hadn’t thought about. Interior outlets outside vs exterior outlets, for example. Showed me a few spiffy things about our home I didn’t know existed. Introduced me to newer electrical tech, which sounds simple enough, but I’m a daughter of an electrical engineer.
He also had an enthusiastic smile on his face all day.

These guys worked really hard today, and were incredibly on point.
We feel extremely confident about their work today. IF we ever need electric or plumbing services again, you best believe they will be the only technicians we’ll call!

Today I needed assistance with electrical issues. Robert from Keep Smiling Plumbing and Electric came and did a wonderful job on two issues! He explained each step and completed his work in a timely manner. Great young man who is very knowledgeable.
Later in the day, Peter came for Plumbing repairs. He was very friendly and explained everything. I am very pleased with both repairs and appreciate their expertise. Thank you Robert and Peter for jobs well done.

I had to call this team during one of the most stressful times as a homeowner. We had a massive leak under the slab and needed immediate repair. This team is unmatched. I can't speak highly enough of Joshua Williams and his apprentice Marvin. The entire experience, from the moment they walked in our home, was fantastic. They were prompt, friendly and professional. Joshua brought more than 26 years of experience to this project, and he did not let us down.

They were not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all our questions and concerns. The team drove from the Loganville area to our home in Marietta with a positive attitude ready to take on the task, and we can never thank them enough for easing our stress and helping make us whole again. Keep Smiling Plumbing was very quick on setting up my appointment and showed up on time! The technician John was totally awesome!!! Very polite and so easy to talk to! We had 6 different issues with a few being major. John explained everything in detail. We are very pleased with his work and the company! Recommend Keep Smiling if you have plumbing issues!

James was at our house about 5 hours installing a new dish washer and repairing a faucet. There was a lot of electrical work and plumbing that needed to be done, so the installer that Lowe's sent out was unable to help us. An experienced plumber/electrician was needed. James definitely filled that role. The quality of his work was excellent. He cleaned everything up before he left. The cost was high but reasonable for the amount and type of work that needed to be done, and it probably was not any higher than other plumbers would have charged. We would definitely use James and Keep Smiling Plumbing again.

Scheduling a consultation was quick and easy. Edward, our technician, was very polite and knowledgeable; he educated us and thoroughly explained what he was checking for and how plumbing issues arise while he inspected our water heater and plumbing set up. He gave us three options to move forward with based on our discussion, and was very responsive during the back and forth with our insurance company. Edward made sure to stick to his word about not increasing our price after giving us a number. He installed the water heater very professionally and checked that our faucets were properly working before leaving. He did not replace the drywall for a small hole he had to cut out in our wall for the heater’s vent and drain, mentioning that they don’t usually do so. I wish they would have mentioned this beforehand, but not a big deal for us. Robert, the electrician, was called in next to add an outlet near the heater. He was on time and very professional. He found several issues with our current wiring and set up and recommended solutions to address. His work cutting through our drywall was also very tidy and precise, leaving minimal mess.

We had a wonderful experience with Joshua Craig installing our new Ring Floodlights + Camera today. He was very professional and timely. After the install, he spent additional time ensuring the floodlights were exactly where we wanted them. He helped me with the Ring set up process, and ensured the camera was pointed exactly where we were looking to cover. I appreciated his transparency with cost/unexpected repairs and trusted his judgement. Will definitely use this company again in the future, and will request Joshua!

I have worked for Keep Smiling Plumbing & Electric for a few years and it is a wonder company and environment to work for. All the way from our call takers up to management it is a company that really does care and takes wonderful care of their customers and employees. I’m proud to work for such a great company. Jered diagnosed my problem and replaced my old water-heater with a new and improved version quickly and with great expertise. So to my surprise, we never had to take a cold shower. I’ll ask for Jared the next time I need plumbing help … and I’ll never call another company after this experience. Used this service today to replace a broken water line for my home. Company was competitively priced and very responsive and professional. John Hutchins took good care of us and is an experienced pro. He made the job look easy. Within 2 hours of receiving a firm quote, they began the job and completed it the same day before mid-afternoon. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great customer service and we now have water running at the home!

I had used these guys before many years ago in a different house. When I Googled plumbers near me I recognized their business name "Keep Smiling Plumbing". I gave them a call today because I had a real plumbing emergency, water pipes busted and remembering the great job they did before. Well when I called they gave me a window for someone to come out and give me an estimate of the work. I must say that is was very reasonable considering they came out the same day. I agreed with the charges and the work began right away. Before I knew it the repair of the two pipes was complete and tested. The technician was very polite and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend "Keep Smiling Plumbing" to anyone with plumbing needs as they do the job expediently and right the first time.

Technician Plumber Joshua was great, explaining in detail what he found through troubleshooting and what repairs would need to be made. All around, a great experience. Highly recommend this company!

Came home from work Friday and only had half power in my house. I called to make an appointment and the first available was on Monday. I was very concerned not having any 220 and the lights that were able to turn on, they were flickering. The lady who made the appointment told me she would ask the tech to call me and see if he could answer any questions. Isaac A. called and could tell I was concerned about my lights flickering. I told him that I contacted Walton EMC in case the issue was on their end. Isaac was concerned about the issue as well and told me that I could call him, no matter how late, and if needed he would come to my house the following morning. Walton EMC resolved my issue. The reason I'm writing this review is because Isaac did not just treat this as another appointment. Isaac is all about safety, was willing to take my call way after hours and willing to come to my house on the weekend. Keep Smiling Plumbing, take good care of Isaac as businesses do not often find quality employees that represent their company and takes pride in his job, as well as Isaac does.

Joshua was nothing short of amazing! He was detailed in his explanation of the problem and very patient when answering our questions. He’s years experience in the field is evident in his work as he’s determined to always ensure that his work is perfect. We have found our plumber for the rest of our time as homeowners!

Nick and his colleague arrived when stated, immediately assessed the situation and began work. I was made aware of all possibilities as the job progressed. Both men worked quickly, quietly and efficiently to resolve my issue.

I've used Keep Smiling Plumbing for a variety of plumbing needs the last few years and they are always responsive and always friendly and courteous. My last emergency was a service line break to the house a few days before Christmas. Peter Hill arrived shortly after our call, explained every step in the process, and made sure we had water again by the holiday. They are a great company with fair prices.

Jared is the best! Very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me great advice about my water heater. He installed a new one and took the time to explain how it works in detail.
