I have used them 6 times in buying and selling. They are top notch and very helpful. They return my calls quickly and make the process smooth. They got my mom's house under contract in one day and mine under contract in 11 days.

The best property management team we have dealt with! They were always quick to assist with maintenance when issues would arise. Very friendly and professional. We wish we could have afforded to renew our lease for another year!

Quality company with hard-working, experienced professionals. The negative review below is questionable because the company has no record of ever engaging in business with that person. It's a shame that people go on Google and write false reviews.

Slow service tonight. Food just ok.

We had made an offer and signed a contract on a house on Layla Ct. Although our offer and contract was first, the seller agent accepted the second contract on the home because the offer was higher. From my research and counsel I was told this is illegal. All parties involved had agreed and we signed the contract which suppose to be binding. We will never buy or sell a home using Americom Realty. If the seller agent is crooked enough to accept another contract over the first to make an extra $540 more, then what does that say about the company? Word by mouth travels and we will be sure to let our family and friends to stay clear of Americom Realty.

I have used Americom as an investor and landlord and recommend other investors to stay away. It is currently managed by someone who is trying to run a realty company with the mindset of a low grade bank clerk. All you can expect from them is to print and sign template documents from Georgia MLS. Instead helping you structure deals and attract tenants better they will oppose anything you suggest that is different from a check the square exercise transactions they are used to.

If there was a zero..it would be for this company. Customer services, is not there greatest asset at all!Very rude!! The women that answers the phone. in regards to availability information. Could care less if company makes a sale or a lease. Smh it only takes a few minutes to give common crusty..😒
